Good things here
Well connected project with all the basic amenities like Banks, ATM, Markets are at walking distance. Project is just opposite to KDMC town park which brings lots of greenery and fresh air.
Things need improvement
The room size of the project are of 9X11, due to which rooms are bit congested, rest everything is ok with the project

hell lots of issue withe the 2 & 4 wheeler parking..they will give you option for hydraulic.parking but the parking is very traditional in operation.. it is better not to have hydraulic.parking in that area ..in case of emergency you need to remove the parked.vehicle
