Good things here
I really enjoy living in this society! Connectivity is quite good with convenient transportation options, although autos can be difficult to get during peak times. The maintenance team does a great job, keeping everything in good order despite occasional traffic and slightly narrow roads. The construction quality is solid, with only minor issues like leakage during heavy rains. The amenities, especially the swimming pool, are top-notch and well-maintained. Plus, the neighborhood is very friendly, and festivities bring everyone together regularly, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere
Things need improvement
While this society has many positives, there are a few areas that could be improved. Connectivity can be a challenge during peak times when autos are hard to find. Traffic can be an issue due to the somewhat narrow roads. The construction quality is generally good but suffers from minor leakage and seepage during rains. Although the amenities are well-maintained, particularly the swimming pool, there�s always room for enhancement. The community is friendly, but sometimes the social activities could be better organized to include everyone more effectively

Good things here
CCTV cameras are installed, and lifts function well. The society is consistently clean with proper hygiene maintained, including segregated garbage collection. There are no issues with seepage or leakage due to excellent construction quality. Rooms are well-ventilated with ample sunlight. Water supply is continuous, and there are no water logging problems. Residents are friendly and cooperative, enjoying vibrant social gatherings for major cultural festivals and events. Electricity supply is stable with available backup. Parking facilities, including guest parking, are provided. Amenities such as a gym, park, swimming pool, club house, and well-maintained play area are available within the society.
Things need improvement
The roads are narrow, and the conditions of connecting roads are poor. Some areas lack street lights, and the nearest metro station is quite far away.
