Good things here
This is primarily a Working area where house centered industries are seen. People does not care about others so much, Besides from that roads good transport Facility is available at walking distance. I have not seen any water issue till now also people are aware of cleanliness as the area is clean.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Enough parking space
No water logging on roads
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Hospitals are accessible
Adequate water
Large clubhouse & spacious gym
Things need improvement
People does not care about others very much. most of the people are temporary there. Peop prefer to not go outside and meet others.
Intrusive landlords
Residents are not nice
