The society ambiance is excellent, with convenient access to essential facilities within a 1km radius, including bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and milk shops. The road quality is commendable, accompanied by properly functioning street lights and ample parking space. A range of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, table tennis, basketball court, children's play area, walking track, community hall, and garden enhance the living experience. Maintenance is efficient, with regular cleaning and garbage collection. Construction quality is satisfactory, with no notable issues reported. Surrounding residents are friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant living environment.
Things need improvement
Occasional traffic issues arise within the society, causing minor disruptions to residents' daily routines, although they are manageable and typically temporary in nature.

Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained in the society. The kids' play area is very spacious, perfect for children. People in the society are very friendly and cooperative. There are two mini function halls available in the society for various events and celebrations. Festivals can be celebrated within the society premises. Public transportation like bus stops is nearby, within a radius of 200 meters from the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society, accommodating residents' vehicles comfortably. Additionally, there is also a designated visitor parking area. Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available if we book through Ola and Uber in the society.

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The parking area is not very spacious in the society. Schools are quite far from the society, approximately 3-4 kilometers away. The construction quality is poor, with issues such as seepage in bathrooms and leakage in walls in bedrooms. These concerns should be addressed to improve the overall living conditions and facilities within the society.

Functional street lights and ample parking enhance comfort. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, play area, and garden enrich the living experience.

Residents in the society face issues during the rainy season such as roof leakage and waterlogging, which cause inconvenience. Urgent attention and effective solutions are necessary to prevent further damage and ensure resident comfort.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. The locality is very decent in the society, and people are very cooperative. Everything is accessible from the society, making it very convenient. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids play area are available and well-maintained in the society. The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, with power backup also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society at a particular time. Maintenance of the lift is very good; it's functioning well.

Maintenance charges are excessive in the society. The construction quality is poor, with some seepages in bathrooms and leakages in walls in the bedroom areas, which is very inconvenient. There are also issues with stray dogs outside the gate of the society, which is very inconvenient.

Maintenance charges are set at around 6000 rupees, which is important to consider. However, it's worth noting that the metro stations are a bit distant, approximately 10 kilometers away. The surrounding pollution poses an inconvenience, detracting from the overall appeal of the society.

The location is convenient, with two hospitals nearby within a 1km distance. Plus, maintenance is top-notch, ensuring a reliable water and power supply.

During my stay there, I encountered a major issue with the construction quality of the building. Despite being only a year old, it exhibited numerous cracks and significant seepage problems throughout.

Good things here
There are a total of around 900 flats in this community, where all residents are very friendly with each other, including children, and everyone celebrates festivals together. The society is well-connected because just outside the main gate, there is a hospital, along with 1 to 2 schools, and markets located within a 10 to 15-minute walk from the community. Inside the community, there is a grocery store, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and outdoor games area, all easily accessible to everyone. The maintenance is excellent, with regular water supply and efficient backups, including a generator for electricity.

Residing in this society for the last six years, there have been some minor issues with water leakages, especially in the washrooms.
