People in the society are very friendly and cooperative. There are two mini function halls available in the society for various events and celebrations. Festivals can be celebrated within the society premises. Public transportation like bus stops is nearby, within a radius of 200 meters from the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society, accommodating residents' vehicles comfortably. Additionally, there is also a designated visitor parking area. Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available if we book through Ola and Uber in the society.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The parking area is not very spacious in the society. Schools are quite far from the society, approximately 3-4 kilometers away. The construction quality is poor, with issues such as seepage in bathrooms and leakage in walls in bedrooms. These concerns should be addressed to improve the overall living conditions and facilities within the society.

Residents in the society face issues during the rainy season such as roof leakage and waterlogging, which cause inconvenience. Urgent attention and effective solutions are necessary to prevent further damage and ensure resident comfort.

Everything is accessible from the society, making it very convenient. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids play area are available and well-maintained in the society. The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, with power backup also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society at a particular time. Maintenance of the lift is very good; it's functioning well.

The location is convenient, with two hospitals nearby within a 1km distance. Plus, maintenance is top-notch, ensuring a reliable water and power supply.
During my stay there, I encountered a major issue with the construction quality of the building. Despite being only a year old, it exhibited numerous cracks and significant seepage problems throughout.

There are a total of around 900 flats in this community, where all residents are very friendly with each other, including children, and everyone celebrates festivals together. The society is well-connected because just outside the main gate, there is a hospital, along with 1 to 2 schools, and markets located within a 10 to 15-minute walk from the community. Inside the community, there is a grocery store, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and outdoor games area, all easily accessible to everyone. The maintenance is excellent, with regular water supply and efficient backups, including a generator for electricity.
Residing in this society for the last six years, there have been some minor issues with water leakages, especially in the washrooms.
