Good things here
Autos are available on the main road of the society within a 500-meter distance. Maintenance is very good, and the water facility operates smoothly 24/7 in the society. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are well-maintained in the society. Additionally, there is also a cricket net available for practicing cricket. Garbage collection is very efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste at specific times in the society. Cleaning standards within the society are top-notch, both inside and outside.
Things need improvement
Connectivity options like cabs are not available if we book through Ola, and if booked, they cancel within half an hour. Maintenance charges are expensive, as they are charging 3 rupees per square foot. Public transportation like buses is not available nearby, with the closest stop being around 1 kilometer away from the society. Additionally, the metro station is also very far from the society, approximately 10 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient. These factors may pose challenges for residents and should be addressed for improved accessibility and convenience within the society.

With 30 security guards ensuring proper surveillance and CCTV cameras in every block, the society maintains a safe environment. Residents enjoy a harmonious neighborhood with helpful neighbors. Situated in a central location in Uppal, the society offers excellent connectivity, with essential facilities such as bus stops, supermarkets, milk shops, and vegetable stores nearby. Adequate parking space and functioning street lights enhance convenience. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, kids' play area, walking track, and garden contribute to a comfortable living experience. Maintenance includes regular garbage collection and disposal, with well-maintained lifts and continuous water and power availability.
Things need improvement
The road quality is subpar, lacking proper maintenance, while cleanliness is inadequate with irregular cleaning schedules. Additionally, the community hall's functionality falls short, leading to dissatisfaction with the builder's workmanship.

Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good. Ventilation of the flats is also very good in the society. Security is very safe in the society; there are many CCTV cameras installed. The parking area is very spacious. The greenery of the society is excellent, with a lot of open space.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Pollution is present around the society, which is inconvenient. There are traffic issues nearby the society during nights, which is also inconvenient.

Construction quality is very poor in the society; there are some cracks on the walls of the buildings, which is inconvenient. Connectivity like cabs and autos are not available in the society, which is inconvenient. Hospitals are far from the society, approximately 4 kilometers away, which is inconvenient for emergencies.

The society benefits from being situated approximately 2 km away from the main road, resulting in a pollution-free environment. The security system is top-notch, with the presence of security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring the safety of residents. The surrounding community members communicate well and occasionally come together to joyfully celebrate festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, Diwali, and Holi, fostering a sense of camaraderie and celebration within the neighborhood.

Improvement is needed in maintaining cleanliness both inside and outside the society premises to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment for all residents and visitors. Regular cleaning routines and effective waste management practices should be implemented to uphold cleanliness standards and enhance the overall quality of living within the community.

Inside the community, there are numerous facilities such as a supermarket, a clinic with a pharmacy, and vegetable stalls, all easily accessible to residents. Additionally, there are amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, children's play area, library, badminton court, basketball court, cricket pitch, and good indoor game facilities. The maintenance of the society is also commendable, with regular water supply and a generator facility for power cuts. Festival and event celebrations are conducted on a grand scale.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is lacking as there are no nearby international schools, hospitals, or shopping malls. Additionally, the maintenance of greenery has been poor recently, with management neglecting to take care of the landscaping.

I moved out of this society around a week ago. During my time there, one of the positive aspects of the community was its abundant greenery, with lots of plants, trees, and well-maintained garden areas filled with flowers. The connectivity of the society is gradually improving due to the good development of infrastructure in the surrounding area. There are a few schools, small grocery stores, and bus stops located near the community, making it convenient for residents. All major amenities, such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play area, and various sports facilities, are available for residents to enjoy. The construction quality is also good, with no problems like water leakages.
Things need improvement
The main problem in this community is its poor security and lack of enough staff to keep it safe. Also, the surroundings are dirty because they're not well maintained.

The positive aspect of this society is an active management committee, elected by residents, ensuring that all problems and complaints are promptly addressed. The people living here are also commendable. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, as they were completed just four years ago. Excellent amenities such as a supermarket and Apollo pharmacy are available for residents. Additionally, a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, park, and playground are well-maintained. This township consists of four phases of construction, offering a mix of villas and apartments. All kinds of festivals are celebrated within the community, including Independence Day and Republic Day.
Things need improvement
The major issue here is power cuts, lasting around 1 to 2 hours each day. Additionally, there are no multispecialty hospitals nearby the community.

Residing in this community for the past 7 years, there are no issues with leakage due to the high construction quality. The amenities are well-maintained, including a clubhouse with indoor game facilities, a meditation hall, a library, a swimming pool, a supermarket, and an Apollo clinic for residents' convenience. Maintenance is excellent, with regular garbage collection, cleaning, and a reliable water supply. Additionally, the security measures in place are commendable.
Things need improvement
The major issue is that the equipment in the clubhouse is outdated, and the wood flooring is damaged. Additionally, the society has become overcrowded, yet there is no ATM available for residents. Furthermore, although there is a pharmacy within the community, the availability of medicines is limited.
