Additionally, the limited parking space, primarily designated for bikes, presents challenges for car owners. Plus, the well-managed society structure, along with nearby markets, enhances the overall living experience, making it a highly desirable place to call home.

The lack of a lift in the building and insufficient parking space, particularly for cars, are significant drawbacks. Another concern is the inconsistent availability of security guards. Additionally, the distance to general stores and the occasional rudeness of the security personnel can be off-putting.
