The society boasts well-maintained greenery, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere with abundant trees. Conveniently located within the community are supermarkets, grocery stores, and a school and hospital situated opposite the society. Functional street lights and ample parking space further enhance convenience. Maintenance efforts are commendable, with regular cleaning and daily garbage collection services. Residents benefit from round-the-clock water and power supply, as well as smoothly functioning lifts. The construction quality is satisfactory, ensuring durability and safety. A wide array of amenities including table tennis, a basketball court, a cricket pitch, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a walking track, a community hall, and a children's play area enrich the resident experience. The friendly atmosphere fosters a sense of community, with residents enjoying interactions with one another.
Things need improvement
The road condition within the society is subpar, characterized by potholes and uneven surfaces. This adversely affects vehicle movement and raises safety concerns for both residents and visitors. Urgent attention is needed to address this issue and ensure the safety and convenience of all.

Good things here
Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, and each resident has designated parking. Roads are in good condition. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there is electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, good plaster and fitting. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. Neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we have been staying here for a long time. CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards are available.
Things need improvement
Cabs are not available. There are minor issues with termites and seepage. The management tends to cater to issues concerning specific categories, such as elders, but does not pay attention to concerns regarding the kids' play area.

The electricity bill in the society is high, possibly due to increased consumption or inefficient usage. Residents are encouraged to consider energy-saving measures to reduce costs.

There are issues with wall leakages in the user's society that require immediate attention and repair to prevent further damage and ensure structural integrity.

Maintenance in the society is very good. Water facilities are excellent, and power backups are available. Garbage collections are efficient; they collect daily in the society. Connectivity is very good; they collect both wet and dry waste. Maintenance care is also available. Hospitals are available within the society. Amenities available include swimming pools, gyms, tennis courts, kids' play areas, and well-maintained gardens. Construction quality is very good; there are no leakages or seepages, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
Public transportation like bus is available far from the society, which is around 1-2 kilometers away from the society. It's very inconvenient. Maintenance should be improved.

I am a former resident, and during my stay, I had no issues at all. The connectivity was excellent, making it easy to get around with access to public transportation. The amenities were sufficient, providing everything needed for a comfortable living experience. Maintenance was always on point, and the society was kept clean and well-maintained. The construction quality was solid, with no problems related to seepage or cracks. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Things need improvement
I really had no issues during my stay. I am a former resident, and I really had no issues during my stay. There was nothing that I disliked about my time living there.

There was no issue of power cuts. Festivals were celebrated. There was no traffic issue near the society; autos were easily available, and the roads outside the society were maintained well. Maintenance charges were justified. There was enough parking for residents. The lifts were maintained. Festivals were celebrated. The residents were decent. There was no issue of leakage or seepage. The society was safe. Autos were easily available.
Things need improvement
Parking was allotted for visitors inside the society, but we had to raise a request to get it sometimes. The metro station was very far from the society.

Good things here
Initially, there was leakage and seepage in the flat, but the society committee resolved it later, and now there is no issue. The society has all modern amenities. Water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is maintained. Residents are cooperative. Ventilation in my flat is good, with ample sunlight. The lifts are maintained.
Things need improvement
The society has greenery but it is not well-maintained. The metro station is very far from the society, requiring an auto ride to reach. Near the society, there is a market every Saturday which causes heavy traffic jams. Maintenance charges are high.

Good things here
The overall society is quite nice. The construction of our buildings is strong, and everything feels safe. There are amenities like the garden, children's play, swimming pool, park gym, and clubhouse. The connectivity is great with Ola, Uber donot cancelling rides and railway station and airport are nearby. The neighbourhood is friendly, and people often come together for festivals.
Things need improvement
There are some issues we face too. The lift doesn't work sometimes, and there are stray dogs that run behind people which is scary at times. But besides these, everything else is good.

Things need improvement
In the society, there are many stray dogs and cats that come and sometimes create a smell by defecating and urinating. Occasionally, there is traffic near the society. There is no metro station nearby.
