Things need improvement
The connectivity within the society is limited, with auto stands located a considerable distance away. This can inconvenience residents who rely on public transportation, especially during inclement weather or when carrying heavy loads. Improving accessibility to transportation options could enhance convenience and ease of travel for all residents. Additionally, while maintenance is performed regularly, there have been occasional lapses that affect the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and facilities. Addressing these maintenance issues more consistently would contribute to a cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing environment for residents. Moreover, while the amenities provided are sufficient, some residents may desire more diverse or upgraded facilities to better meet their recreational and lifestyle needs within the community. Good things here
Because to the thoughtful architecture of the buildings, the flats get lots of natural light and proper ventilation. As a result, the living area becomes light and airy. Residents find commuting to be incredibly convenient due to the society's excellent transit connections, which include buses, taxis, metro, trains, and cars. There's a welcoming atmosphere because the neighborhood is nice and the people are friendly.
Things need improvement
The area is pleasant, however its lack of social interaction amongst inhabitants can give the impression that it is less of a community. Despite the hefty 5000rs in fees, the society's upkeep is inadequate. The living conditions are impacted by the lack of elevators and infrequent cleaning. There are problems with seepage, leaks, and cracks in the buildings, indicating subpar construction. There are very few amenities offered, including no parks, playgrounds, gardens, gyms, swimming pools, clubs, or resident parking.

Each resident benefits from designated parking, and the society maintains regular garbage collection with proper segregation. Reliable electricity and water supply are ensured. Amenities such as a well-maintained gym and clubhouse contribute to community life, complemented by friendly residents who offer assistance as needed. Enhanced security, including CCTV cameras and security guards, further enhances safety throughout the area.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that auto or cab services aren't readily available in the area. Many flats continue to experience seepage and leakage issues despite recent painting and repairs such as balcony and ground area fixes needing attention. The quality of plaster could be improved, especially compared to other societies. There is also a need for overall improvement in the outer areas of the society.

The society has great connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs, , , and buses. The roads are well-maintained and there are no traffic problems. Maintenance is good with clean surroundings, working lifts, , and water tank cleaning. The construction is solid with good ventilation and sunlight, and no problems with seepage, leakage, or cracks. The amenities include a garden, children play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and people interact nicely.
Things need improvement
There are such no issues but the maintenance team could be a bit better as it takes too long to solve an issue of the residents and the metro is also a bit far for now but it will very close in future but for now the nearest metro station is sector 52 noida

The connectivity in the society was really good, with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads were good, and having a school, hospital, and market nearby was very convenient. The apartments had proper ventilation and good plaster and fitting. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation was a plus. The society also had a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, which were maintained. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. There were CCTV cameras and security guards available, which added to the safety.
Things need improvement
There were seepage issues throughout the society, which was a significant drawback. Additionally, the maintenance was poor. Despite these issues, everything else was nice.

The main road is just 500 meters away, making it easy to catch autos and cabs. The amenities are excellent, with a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a lively clubhouse. The people are friendly and welcoming, and the area is pet-friendly, making it perfect for pet owners.
Things need improvement
Living here has been disappointing. The maintenance is average at best, and the construction is old and of low quality, with plaster peeling off in some areas and paint patches visible. The amenities are not well-maintained, and there's no electricity backup, which can be very inconvenient. These issues have made the living experience quite frustrating.

The security provided was commendable, ensuring residents felt safe within the premises. The convenience of having a nearby market area with its own store added to the locality's appeal.
Things need improvement
Connectivity to the metro posed challenges, which could be inconvenient for commuting. Although the property featured a swimming pool and gym area, access to these facilities was restricted or not fully utilized by residents. Seepage issues were noted and being addressed. Power cuts were occasional but not a significant concern overall.

The society is not well connected to the public transports as they are not easily available including auto&rikshaw . The overall construction quality is also average, people face leakage issues in the houses and ventilation is also not proper

Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor with noticeable seepage issues. The park is in bad condition, and there are no play areas for kids. Additionally, the lack of a covered dump yard, unlit basement, and no fan for the guards are concerning.
