Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is very convenient if we book through Ola and Uber in the city. Landscaping in the society is very good, and water facilities are excellent. Power backups are reliable, and garbage collection is very efficient. Construction quality is very good, with no major issues or deficiencies in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation options like buses are available within a 200-meter distance, making it very convenient. Parking areas are spacious, and there is a designated visitor parking area in the society. Greenery in the society is well-maintained. Prices are very reasonable in the area.
Things need improvement
There are no metro stations nearby, which is inconvenient. There is also pollution noise outside, which is very inconvenient. Crossing should be improved to ease this issue.

Good things here
There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and autos and cabs are readily available. The society has all modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park. Water supply is good, and people are friendly, with festivals celebrated. Ventilation is quite great, and security and parking facilities are satisfactory.
Things need improvement
I am completely satisfied with my housing society. Everything functions smoothly, creating a comfortable and convenient environment. The amenities and services provided meet all my needs effectively. The residents are friendly, and the maintenance is consistently reliable.

Good things here
The maintenance charges were justified. There was enough greenery, and the cleanliness was up to the mark. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The society had all modern amenities, and they were well-maintained. The residents were decent and cooperative, and festivals were celebrated together. Public transport was easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
Some flats had slight leakage and seepage issues. During summers, tankers had to be called for water supply in the society. Since the society was on the main road, there was a bit of a traffic jam issue that had to be faced.

Good things here
The construction of the building is good, and all the amenities are well-maintained. The neighbourhood is pleasant and friendly. There are no issues with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. It is generally a nice place to live.
Things need improvement
There is a bad odour in the washroom shakes, which is unpleasant. Booking Ola and Uber rides is often difficult, sometimes taking up to 40 minutes. Kids park their bicycles near the stairs and make the walls dirty.

Good things here
Auto and cab availability is easy near the society, parking is in the basement, elevators are well-maintained, ventilation is good, and amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Traffic issues occur due to ongoing metro work, and sometimes there is water logging in the parking area during the rainy season . in a flat seepage issue is there and it get rectified.

Good things here
Godrej was our very first society we rented in Bangalore, and there's a special connection with it. Besides the emotions, there's a lot of peace (or used to be back in 2014) in the area, and more greenery compared to any other up and coming place in Bangalore.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was a major issue, to the rest of the city, but I am guessing things have changed now. The airport is super close, but traveling to any other part of the city becomes a major challenge.

Good things here
All the necessary amenities available and well-maintained by the management adds to the convenience and comfort of the residents. Additionally, it's wonderful that the people in the society are friendly and come together to celebrate festivals, fostering a sense of community and unity.
Things need improvement
There are some concerns about the construction quality, with walls showing signs of deterioration. However, it's positive that there are no seepage issues. Additionally, while the market is nearby, the connectivity might be a bit inconvenient due to the 2 to 3 minute walking distance.
