Living in my society was incredibly convenient, thanks to the easy availability of public transport like auto-rickshaws, cabs, and a nearby metro station. This made commuting hassle-free, allowing me to access all the nearby markets and amenities without any trouble. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional construction quality of the buildings. Throughout my stay, I never encountered any issues with seepage or water leakage, which speaks volumes about the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The maintenance services in the society were top-notch. Garbage collection was done promptly, and the overall upkeep of the property was excellent. I never had to worry about cleanliness or maintenance issues. Parking was never a concern either, as there was ample space available for residents. This made it convenient for both residents and visitors alike. But perhaps the best part of living in the society was the people. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a tight-knit community where everyone looked out for each other. read more

Things need improvement

Society posed some challenges due to the poor condition of the surrounding roads. These damaged roads not only caused significant traffic congestion but also led to frequent waterlogging issues, especially during the rainy season. I strongly believe that better maintenance and improvements to these roads are essential to alleviate these problems and ensure smoother traffic flow. Moreover, I found it disappointing that the society itself lacked basic community amenities such as a gym, club, or garden. These amenities are essential for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among residents, as well as providing spaces for relaxation and socialization. read more

Good things here

With public transport options like buses auto, cabs all are available around the society. I travel by my own car. proper parking slots are alloted to all residents. street light are properly functional at night as well, Roads are very well constructed now. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collection is done on time on regular basis. Water and electricity is sufficient. There is no reported water logging issues. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good. There are no damps faced as such. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms, which is one of the great things. Top notch facilities like gym, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Very homely environment with people being friendly. CCTV is avilable and works properly in lifts and all over the society. Security system is good Security guards are available and they are very good. Lifts are also maintained properly. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. read more

Things need improvement

There is no metro connectivity around the society. Parking rules are not followed by all the residents for which it creates problems sometimes. There is no system to process the wet and dry wastes for which fines have been charged. There is no wet garbage collection done by the municipality and wet waste has to be managed by the residents which is not possible. Amenities are not well maintained properly, equipements are not maintained. The society has got pet issues and they make the society dirty and owners does not clean it properly. read more
