Good things here
Living in my society was incredibly convenient, thanks to the easy availability of public transport like auto-rickshaws, cabs, and a nearby metro station. This made commuting hassle-free, allowing me to access all the nearby markets and amenities without any trouble. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional construction quality of the buildings. Throughout my stay, I never encountered any issues with seepage or water leakage, which speaks volumes about the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The maintenance services in the society were top-notch. Garbage collection was done promptly, and the overall upkeep of the property was excellent. I never had to worry about cleanliness or maintenance issues. Parking was never a concern either, as there was ample space available for residents. This made it convenient for both residents and visitors alike. But perhaps the best part of living in the society was the people. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a tight-knit community where everyone looked out for each other.
Things need improvement
Society posed some challenges due to the poor condition of the surrounding roads. These damaged roads not only caused significant traffic congestion but also led to frequent waterlogging issues, especially during the rainy season. I strongly believe that better maintenance and improvements to these roads are essential to alleviate these problems and ensure smoother traffic flow. Moreover, I found it disappointing that the society itself lacked basic community amenities such as a gym, club, or garden. These amenities are essential for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among residents, as well as providing spaces for relaxation and socialization.

Good things here
With public transport options like buses auto, cabs all are available around the society. I travel by my own car. proper parking slots are alloted to all residents. street light are properly functional at night as well, Roads are very well constructed now. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collection is done on time on regular basis. Water and electricity is sufficient. There is no reported water logging issues. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good. There are no damps faced as such. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms, which is one of the great things. Top notch facilities like gym, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Very homely environment with people being friendly. CCTV is avilable and works properly in lifts and all over the society. Security system is good Security guards are available and they are very good. Lifts are also maintained properly. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society.
Things need improvement
There is no metro connectivity around the society. Parking rules are not followed by all the residents for which it creates problems sometimes. There is no system to process the wet and dry wastes for which fines have been charged. There is no wet garbage collection done by the municipality and wet waste has to be managed by the residents which is not possible. Amenities are not well maintained properly, equipements are not maintained. The society has got pet issues and they make the society dirty and owners does not clean it properly.

The 24*7 electricity and water supply ensure uninterrupted living. Modern amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a clubhouse, provide ample recreational options. The friendly neighbors create a warm and welcoming environment, enhancing the sense of community. The elevators are installed and maintained well, and the presence of CCTV cameras and round-the-clock security guards ensures safety and peace of mind. The connectivity is excellent, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available.
Things need improvement
However, there are a few drawbacks that need attention. The roads within the society are narrow, which can cause congestion. Maintenance is lacking, with inadequate efforts leading to issues like unsegregated garbage. The amenities, though modern, are small in size and could be more spacious. Additionally, there is a problem with a lot of domestic cats roaming around. While neighbors feed them, they do not take responsibility for them as pets, which can be troublesome. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall living experience in the society.

The absence of waterlogging issues further adds to the overall pleasant living experience.

Roads are a bit narrow and street lights are limited. More street lights can be implemented. Mobile network issues happens a lot. Modern Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

The connectivity of society is good, as the society is located on a main road with easy availability of cabs and autos, and cabs can even enter the society premises. Designated parking ensures no hassle with finding a spot, and there is no issue of water logging. Garbage collection is regular and properly segregated into dry and wet waste. The lifts are installed and regularly maintained, and we enjoy a reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and the flats are designed for proper ventilation. Modern amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained. There are security guards available at duty 24*7 with CCTV surveillance. The neighbours are friendly, pets are allowed, and it's clear that people take good care of their pets.

A minor inconvenience is the absence of a nearby metro station, which can make daily commuting a bit more challenging for residents who rely on public transportation. Things need improvement
Public transport options are limited, with no nearby metro or railway stations and infrequent bus services. Power backup is restricted to common areas only, which can inconvenience residents during outages. In terms of amenities, the society is lacking. There is a small clubhouse and a garden, but the garden is not well-maintained or clean. Moreover, there is no allocated visitor parking, which can be problematic for guests.

The maintenance of the society is excellent, with everything being well-maintained. There are no power cuts, and water supply is timely. Parking is not an issue as allocated parking spaces are provided. Security measures are also very good. The construction quality, in terms of materials, is excellent, with no problems of seepage. The flats are well-ventilated, and the residents are friendly, cooperative, and helpful. Moreover, all amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and others are well-maintained within�the�society.

Auto-rickshaws, in particular, are not readily available, which poses a significant challenge for those who rely on public transportation.
