The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakages or seepages, and 24-hour water and electricity supply are available. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is provided, along with full power backup facilities. The community is cooperative, and cultural programs and events are celebrated within the society. The basement parking area is well-maintained with no water logging issues. The quality of roads is good, and security is strong with CCTV surveillance, app-based facilities, and guards on duty in shifts. This contributes to a safe and well-connected living environment�for�residents.
One of the major drawbacks of the society is the lack of amenities. There is no swimming pool, and the clubhouse and gym are inadequate�located within the clubhouse itself, which is limited in size. Additionally, metro facilities are not conveniently available nearby, requiring reliance on local or personal transport�options.

Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guard for safety. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. Homes have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. We have a reliable electricity and water supply. Each resident has designated parking. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. Neighbors are very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other. Connectivity is good, with easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby.
Garbage littering on the road is a persistent issue, and some flats experience seepage problems. Although the society has a swimming pool, it is currently not functional, which limits recreational options. Additionally, there are occasional issues with the water supply, causing inconvenience to residents.

Our neighborhood is like its own little town! We've got a marketplace right here with all sorts of shops - from tailors to salons to boutiques, even a gym. And everything stays clean and tidy thanks to our diligent maintenance crew. We never run out of water with a 24/7 supply, and there's plenty of green spaces like gardens and playgrounds to enjoy. Our lifts are always in tip-top shape, making getting around a breeze. Plus, we've got great neighbors who come together to celebrate all the festivals. With easy access to highways, autos, and buses, getting around is a cinch, and even the roads outside our neighborhood are well looked after
Our neighborhood doesn't have a swimming pool or clubhouse, but we do have a gym located inside our indoor marketplace. It's convenient, but you'll need to pay to use it. Parking is available for tenants whose landlords bought parking with their flats, but others have to pay for it separately

The people in the society are very nice and friendly, which is the best part. There are no issues with parking, which is also great. Other than that, everything else is okay for regular living.
The location of the society is not entirely safe, especially during odd hours, which can be concerning. The gym is available but as a private facility, it requires payment of fees. Unfortunately, there are no other amenities, and the washrooms are often not clean.

The connectivity of the society with public transport and basic amenitites is super, people can easily get access go the enarets market. maintennace is pro active, theyr evert and send the handyman within few minutes of giving them a call. Lifts are in good condition, the security at the gate is tight.
The walls and its paints is chipping off. In 11 years, no painting drive or maintennace drive has been condudcted by the society. The siwmming pool is juts there for the show purpose and its nto fucntional . Neighbors focus ont heir own businesss, no gatherring as such

The road quality outside the society is superb, complemented by properly functional street lights. Maintenance services within the society are top-notch, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness. Regular garbage collection is a testament to the society's commitment to cleanliness. Functional lifts and installed CCTV cameras enhance security measures. Water supply and electricity are reliable, available 24/7 without any issues. The residents of the society are friendly and cooperative. Being pet-friendly, the society accommodates pets seamlessly without encountering any related issues. Peacefulness pervades the atmosphere of the society, contributing to a harmonious living environment.
Security guards' performance is average and could be enhanced for better safety measures. The gym lacks proper equipment, and the swimming pool water requires more frequent changing for improved hygiene. The clubhouse is not well-maintained, impacting its usability and appeal. Seepage and leakage issues are common, indicating poor plaster quality and construction standards that need improvement. Hospitals and malls are located approximately 5 kilometers away from the society, which may inconvenience residents in urgent situations. The railway station is situated far from the society, making commuting less convenient for residents who rely on trains. Timely painting of the society's infrastructure is neglected.
