Good things here
The apartment has great access to public transportation, with the metro station just a kilometer away, and local transport options nearby. It's kept clean and tidy, and maintenance services are top-notch. Security is tight, thanks to CCTV coverage throughout. Residents enjoy a range of amenities like a clubhouse, park, elevator, and parking. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, making it feel like a close-knit community. They celebrate festivals together, building strong bonds. Plus, there's continuous water and electricity supply, ensuring convenience round the clock.
Things need improvement
I find this society perfect for living and experiencing different aspects of life. I don't have any dislikes about it, and I have no complaints about the maintenance team either.

Good things here
Connectivity to metros and highway is great with shopping malls in close proximity. Also, with opening of Dwarka Express Way, the connecting to Gurgaon will further improve.
Things need improvement
There are issues related to security, parking and illegal construction. If the RWA is strong and has good hold, the above be addressed easily.

Good things here
It has been more than one year since I left the society. It was one of the best society, it is very good in all aspects. The Connectivity was very good, public transport is easily available. People in the society was very good and friendly, all events like social or cultural was celebrated together Mainly I used to stay there for the people as they are very friendly. RWA is quite well to do in this society. Basic facilities like play ground, parks are available. Parking is available.
Things need improvement
A lot of street dog issues was faced in this society, that's a major drawback of the society as many people got bitten by the street dogs. Sometimes due to labour works some valuable things went missing from the appartments, this issues has happened a lot in this society. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool are not available inside the society The construction quality is average as it is a very old building, some seapage and leakage issues are seen but that happens sometimes. There are no lifts available in the society, it is a 4 floor bulding

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory, with the Sector-12 metro station located at a convenient 10-minute walking distance. Nearby hospitals and schools add to the convenience. Maintenance is handled satisfactorily by a welfare association, addressing all related issues. Additionally, there is a park and open gym for residents' recreation. The friendly and cooperative residents come together to celebrate all festivals and events.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is described as average due to aging infrastructure, indicating a need for improvement. The absence of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, along with the lack of installed elevators, are notable drawbacks.

Good things here
He used to live earlier in the mentioned society. Acha hai society Connectivity acha hai society ka , metro paas me hai , public transport mil jata hai. Kirane ki shops hain aas paas. No waterlogging issues. Safety & security acha hai, water supply bhi badhiya hai. Electricity ka koi issue nahi hai. LPG(gas) line hai society mein. Sabke liye parking available hai. Neighbours ache hain , cultural events hote hain yahan.
Things need improvement
Mall is a bit from the society. No basement parking available. Seepage ka problem toh hota hi hai DDA Flats mein toh thoda bohot issue tha society mein seepage ka. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse nahi hai society mein.

Overall the society was wonderful well maintained and everything was available in the society like a amenities. The construction quality was very good.

There is a lot of space inside the society, market should be made there so that people do not have to go far for the market.

All over the society is very superb, area is very peaceful roads are well maintained in this society, parks facilities are available.

Metro is far 4 km from society and there is hueg parking issue, it needs to be improved.

Cabs and auto are available in this society but metro is 3 to 4km far away from the society.
