Very strong structure, Small society of 90 flats in 4 acre plot so very open, airy, full of sun light and fresh air. Has a garden in front, a nursery at one side. In the interior roads of Sector 4. So although centrally located, it is free of noise pollution and traffic. Very well managed for well over 22 years. The facade didn't fall ever, no generalized seepage. It did occur in individual flats but then all drain pipes were changed. That shows the standard of maintenance. Low maintenance costs. Very co-operative residents. Has a mandir. And a daily need grocery store. Beautifully designed society. Has a central lawn with kids play area. Layout of apartments allows enough sunlight and cross ventilation in each unit. No problems of electricity or water. Individual meters. Enough parking spaces but no dedicated parking. Never had an issue though because parking under 'stilts and open' is done by rotation and ALL residents follow rules. A peaceful society with lots of activities, community living and positive vibes. Good open area to host occasional functions of residents.
Nothing actually as per society standards but personally would want more emphasis on cleanliness, although by far the most clean society amongst at least 70-80 societies seen over years.

Accessible to nearby schools, malls and restaurants and walkable distance with minimum crowd and clean locality
Moderate to high charges and not suitable for everyone. Low connectivity and social life with less greenery
