Diwali is celebrated very nicely and happily and fellow resident is also decent and society is nicely clean and yes, society is built with good material and cab availablity is also very nice
Things need improvement
I pretty much like this place but I would say rent is slightly high but society is nice and people in society is also really amazing

I any building or apartment the walls are and the pillers a I definitely say that the material used in making of building absolutely a good quality material I.

Avant heritage is one of the best property in between jogeshwari and andheri its connectivity is superb and the best part is affordable and value for money I suggest u all to buy this property.

The location of building is very bad and it has bad parking space. parking space should be improved so that it looks good
