Good things here
The neighborhood is pleasant with good neighbors, offering a sense of peace and tranquility. Although it is away from the city, it is easily accessible. The construction quality is good, providing a sense of security. The proximity to metro stations and the availability of facilities such as schools, colleges, hospitals, and shopping centers nearby add to the convenience.
Things need improvement
The maintenance is subpar, and while bus connectivity is somewhat distant, it's not excessively far. The property is a bit older and lacks modern design elements.
