Within a 4 km radius, residents can access petrol bunks, banks, shopping malls, and hospitals. Streetlights function effectively, ensuring safety and visibility at all times. Ample parking space is available for both residents and visitors. The community's amenities are well-appointed and operational, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball court, community hall, walking track, and gardens. Maintenance is a top priority, with daily cleaning of floors and balcony areas, as well as regular upkeep of lifts. The construction ensures excellent ventilation throughout the apartment, enhancing comfort and livability for residents.

The atmosphere of the society is very sociable, and people are very friendly. Public transportation is nearby, around 50-100 meters from the society. There are 2 parking levels in the society, providing ample parking space. There is a restaurant area around 10 meters from the society, and there are clinics, medical shops, supermarkets, etc. , available within walking distance from the society, making it very convenient. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in common areas within the society. There is a visitor parking area in the society. Autos are available within walking distance, and if we book Ola, it is readily available in the society.

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges in the society are around 6000 rupees that we are paying. The metro is under construction about 2 kilometers from the society. Road quality inside the society is not good, which is very inconvenient.

The management of the society is commendable; they promptly address any issues that arise. The people in the surrounding area are also friendly and well-meaning. The society's location is excellent, with a bus stop, supermarkets, and hospitals within 500 meters, and grocery stores and schools within 2 kilometers. There is ample parking space available, and the amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, table tennis, kids play area, and walking track add to the convenience and enjoyment of residents. Maintenance is well-maintained, with cleanliness ensured and 24/7 water and power supply. Proper lift maintenance is a priority, and regular garbage collection is carried out. Additionally, the buildings are repainted every 5 years, and construction-wise, there have been no seepage issues so far.

It's great to have such convenient options for getting around, with Ola and Uber easily accessible and autos available right on the main road. Having public transportation like buses within walking distance is another plus. The spacious and well-maintained greenery adds to the pleasant atmosphere of the society. It's also convenient to have schools nearby, within about 2 kilometers. Good water facilities and power backup are essential amenities, and it's nice to hear they're available here. Plus, having free space for walking nearby is always a bonus for residents.

It's disappointing to hear that the amenities in the society aren't up to par. With the swimming pool closed, the gym lacking equipment, and the kids' play area not very spacious, it certainly affects the overall experience for residents. Additionally, poor construction quality leading to issues like sink leaks in the kitchen is definitely inconvenient. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed and improvements made for a better living environment.

Our water facility operates smoothly, providing 24/7 availability. Furthermore, we have reliable power backup. The garbage collection system is commendable, with separate collection for wet and dry waste at designated times, contributing to the cleanliness and hygiene of the society.

Connectivity is easily available in this area. If we book an Ola or Uber, they are readily available. Public transportation like buses is viable within 50 meters from the society, making it very convenient. Water facilities are great and available 24/7 in the society. There is a power backup system available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Having a pet dog in the society is very convenient. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis, and a kids' play area. These amenities are well-maintained within the society. The parking area is very spacious. There is a visitor's parking area, but visitor parking is limited within the society.

Ventilation of the flat is very good. Maintenance charges are very reasonable, around 3200 rupees. The bus stand is opposite to the society. Hospitals are all available within a walkable distance for emergencies. Temples are also there near the society within a walkable distance. There is a Motherhood hospital near the society. Roads are very good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative. "

Maintenance is very good; cleaning and housekeeping are done very well, with cleaning being performed twice a day in the city. There is no apparent pollution around the society; the air is very fresh and clean. Schools are nearby, within 2-3 kilometers from the society, making it very convenient.
