I'm pleased with the excellent connectivity in our society. It's convenient to have autos, buses, and cabs available 24/7 within walking distance. Having local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, and hospitals nearby is incredibly convenient for me. I appreciate the ample parking space available for residents. It's reassuring to know that parking won't be a concern, especially for those of us with vehicles. I'm impressed by the society's maintenance standards. There have been no reported problems, and hygiene is well-maintained. The timely disposal of garbage adds to the cleanliness of our surroundings. The ventilation in my flat is excellent, and I appreciate that the living spaces are not congested. It contributes to a comfortable living environment. The presence of security guards, CCTV cameras, and properly functioning lifts enhances my sense of safety and security within the society. Having access to 24/7 electricity supply, along with power backup, ensures my comfort and convenience. Moreover, the society offers a variety of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, games room, community hall, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained and accessible to residents. I enjoy the strong sense of community in our society. Participating in festivals and events where all residents come together is a wonderful experience.
There is no nearby metro station around the society. There is no ground water available, tanker water has to be used also drainage system is not good. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are sometimes faced in the society.

The primary concern revolves around our water supply, which currently relies on tanker deliveries. This method feels inconvenient and unreliable compared to a direct supply from the corporation. Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the convenience and efficiency of our water access. Another area of concern is the maintenance charges, which I find to be on the higher side. While I understand the importance of funding maintenance services, I believe there's room for a slight reduction in these charges.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options like cabs and autos. Schools, restaurants and hospitals are available nearby. The maintenance quality is also fine with regular cleaning and all basic services are provided immediately. Elevators are available. The construction quality is also fine with spacious flats and no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, parks, swimming pool and clubhouse are available.
The society has all positive factors related to it, there is no such dislike that could be identified.

Autos and cabs are easily available near the society. The rooms are big and spacious, each with an attached balcony. All festivals are celebrated within the society, creating a lively atmosphere. There is a high-security system in place with security guards and CCTV cameras. The society maintains a clean and hygienic environment, with no pollution in the surrounding area.
The BMC water supply is limited to certain periods, so the managing committee has arranged for tanker facilities, leading to slightly higher maintenance charges. Maintenance is poor, with the swimming pool being non-functional and the clubhouse being too small for the number of residents. The quality of construction is also poor, with leakage issues that require repairs by the residents of the above floors, and the managing committee does not address these problems. Additionally, the society is not painted regularly.

The maintenance quality is very good with all services available easily as regular cleaning. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues inside the building.
The transportation connectivity near the society is very poor as autos and cabs are not easily available outside the society. Markets are also distant.

There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in my appartment. The facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative. The safety features are good in the society. Stray dog issues are not faced inside the premises of the society.
