Good things here
The water facility here is top-notch, always reliable day or night. Getting around is a breeze with plenty of cabs and autos, especially if you book through Ola or Uber. Having hospitals within a kilometer is a huge relief for emergencies. Plus, we never have to worry about power outages thanks to the backup system. Though maintenance charges can be a bit steep, the garbage collection service is excellent, with daily pickups like clockwork. And when it comes to amenities, they really shine � the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are all well-kept and enjoyable for everyone in the community.
Things need improvement
The construction quality leaves much to be desired, with frequent leakage and seepage problems, particularly in bedrooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, public transportation options like buses are virtually non-existent, and even when available, they're quite far from the society. To make matters worse, the roads within the society are in poor condition, riddled with cracks that make navigating them a challenge.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained in the society. Schools are also nearby, within a 1-kilometer radius from the society. Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facilities are very good in the society, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is also very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Roads are very poor in the society. Public transportation like buses is available but far from the society, within a distance of about 2 kilometers.

Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society.

The construction quality is very bad in the society. There are cracks on walls and seepage issues in bathrooms. Parking areas are congested in the society. There is a traffic issue because nearby roads are also in poor condition, leading to significant traffic problems.

Garbage collection is efficient, and food delivery services are accessible. Nearby malls and supermarkets offer convenience, and maintenance charges are reasonable. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and ample parking, including designated visitor spots, is available.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as table tennis, a badminton court, and indoor games. The nearest metro station is approximately 3 kilometers away, posing an inconvenience. Additionally, the construction quality is poor, evidenced by visible cracks in the buildings.

Good things here
I moved out of this community about a year ago. During my time there, the most positive aspect of this society was its location. Situated near the bypass road, there were no traffic problems, and it was convenient that groceries from the BigBasket app were easily delivered. The airport was also only about an hour's travel from the society. Additionally, the construction of the society was of good quality, as we never faced any seepage problems. Moreover, the amenities provided were excellent, including a swimming pool, party hall, gym, and play area. Overall, it was a well-constructed and conveniently located community with ample facilities for residents.
Things need improvement
During rainy periods, significant waterlogging occurs in the community surroundings owing to inadequate drainage systems.
