There are security, water availability, and feeling safe on the main road. Plus, having a gym, swimming pool, and playground would be great for them.

Nice society having spacious, green area with lots of nice amenities like a park, swimming pool, and gym. But, the lack of cultural events, strict rules, and constant maintenance of the swimming pool might not be great for people who want a more lively social scene.

The water supply operates smoothly 24/7, and garbage collection is efficiently managed with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Nearby, there are schools within walking distance and hospitals within a 1-kilometer radius. Local shops cater to daily needs within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and indoor games are well-maintained.

The society faces several challenges: congested parking without designated visitor areas, inconvenient public transport located 2 kilometers away, poor construction quality leading to wall leakages in various areas, and lack of a nearby metro station.

Nearby schools are within a 500-meter radius, with school buses servicing the area. Parks within the society offer recreational opportunities.

The society has high maintenance charges and substandard construction quality, with ongoing seepage issues in bathrooms and bedrooms. Electricity bills are also disproportionately high. In our community, we have beautiful green spaces perfect for evening strolls, surrounded by well-kept trees and plants. We're conveniently located near schools, supermarkets, and markets, with easy access to public transport, fuel stations, and shopping malls. Parking is ample, and the streets are well-lit for safety. Maintenance is top-notch, with regular garbage collection, daily cleaning, and periodic painting every five years. We're proud to offer a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis court, cricket pitch, table tennis, and basketball court. Our residents have a strong sense of community, coming together to celebrate festivals in harmony.

For the past six months, the road conditions have deteriorated significantly, dotted with potholes and cracks, causing inconvenience to both commuters and residents.

The convenience of being connected to the main airport road made getting around easy, with plenty of cabs and buses available. The presence of security cameras and helpful security staff also made me feel safe and secure in the society And well-maintained roads and reliable power backup made living there really comfortable. With multiple parks, lots of parking, and good maintenance services, it was definitely a pleasant place to live.
