In the housing society, almost all the people have their own vehicle thus the parking space is limited in the area. There is a regular water supply from both the municipal corporation and the borewell. There is a concrete road connecting the housing society to the main road. There are playgrounds for the children.

People are friendly and well-behaved. The society is situated on the arterial Ghodbunder Road and is just in front of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, providing green lungs for the area and its residents. Metro work is also on which should get completed within the next 3-4 years, which will further boost the connectivity.

This is one of Thane's most popular and developing projects, which is well connected with the upcoming metro station. All the buses to Mumbai are available.

The transport is well developed. The shuttle cabs are easily available from the project area to Mumbai. Overall society is clean and green. There is a slum just beside the project area. Good schools are available near the area. Local shops are available to meet the daily grocery needs of the people. There are also many good takeaways and dine-in restaurants in the area.

The surrounding area offers all the required amenities to the people. The housing society offers security to the residents. The parking problem is an issue in the area.
