Good things here
Maintenance of the society was well maintained. Connectivity was so strong. People in the society benefit from convenient transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to reach essential services and nearby facilities. The water supply and electricity services are also in good condition, providing reliability to the residents. The construction quality is excellent, ensuring there are no issues like leaks or seepage in the buildings. The presence of a spacious park enhances the attractiveness of the society, providing a pleasant area for children to play and fostering a strong sense of community among residents. The society's advantageous location allows easy access to nearby markets, schools, and hospitals, adding to its appeal as a residential area.
Things need improvement
There was no major issue with anything everything was well maintained but the major issue was the lighting. Lighting should be improve in the society.

Despite being a standalone building, it maintains a reasonable level of upkeep, ensuring a functional living environment. The construction quality, while not flawless, is sufficient, although there are occasional seepage issues. People are generally friendly, contributing to a sociable atmosphere despite the limited amenities available.
Things need improvement
One of the significant drawbacks of this society is the lack of open areas or recreational amenities, which severely limits leisure options for residents. Although the connectivity is excellent, the maintenance and construction quality occasionally fall short, with reported seepage issues. While the community is generally friendly, the overall livability could be enhanced with better amenities and more proactive maintenance measures.

Good things here
The maintenance here is very good with proper lift facilities and water tank is also cleaned regularly. Gyms, swimming pools and public parks are available here which caters to our refreshing and recreational needs. People here are good and engaging and they are helpful and cooperative. There are proper parking spaces available.
Things need improvement
There are no public transport available nearby, there are traffic issues too due to ongoing construction outside the society. Only vehicles that have Marvel brisa stickers on it are allowed inside the soc. I sometimes also face seepage and cracks issues here. There is also a problem of cleanliness in the society.

Good things here
No water logging and traffic issues around the society.public transport and local transport is easy to approach around the society.Allocated parking space for owner and visitors.All the modern amenities are present in the society.Build quality is great no leakage and seepage issues in the Society.Good Neighbourhood and socialism in the society.

Everything in the scoiety is working great but society can improve its maintenance facilities and resolution process.

Good things here
Groccery shops and local market was near by the society,schools and hospitals were near by the society.Quality of the construction was good rooms were spacious and well designed.All the modern amenities were present and fully functional in the society.Good security system and all the areas were under cctv survilance.Crowd was good and good celebration of the festivals in the society.Allocated aspace for parking for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Solar panel was not available in the society.This society basically belongs to family people only as bachelor's were not allowed in the society.

Good things here
Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Roads are wide enough. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in my appartment. Balcony available. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Fire estinguisher is also available as safety features. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are very friendly. Open space and basement parking both are available. There is no draianage issues encountered.
Things need improvement
Traffic issues are faced around the society. There are metro constructions going on for which traffic issues are a lot. Water leakage issues are seen in the basement which needs to be rectified. Basement parking gets affected.
