Cleanliness and hygiene are prioritized, with timely garbage collection and pest control. Residents benefit from basement parking, reliable security systems, and well-maintained elevators. Additionally, the community fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The building structure and materials used in construction are of poor quality, resulting in frequent issues with seepage throughout the premises. This could be due to inadequate waterproofing measures during construction or the use of inferior building materials.

Good things here
The society offers ample space for walking and playing, adorned with lush greenery that enhances its beauty and provides a cool environment. There is a private swimming pool, accessible upon registration. There is also an in-house restaurant available for booking birthday or anniversary parties. The buildings are tall with airy balconies and nicely sized rooms. Each room had a nice spacious balcony.
Things need improvement
The only issue would arise during the monsoon season where you could find major seepage issues on the building walls, and even inside the bathroom area.

The hospital, school, local market, and public transport are all within 5 km. There�s a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and even a room for baby care. It offers basement parking, and the construction quality is good with no seepage issues or pollution. It's located 16 km from the highway.

There's a local market available nearby, just 1 km away. The amenities here are standard, with ample parking space available. The community is good, and the area is clean with no pollution or traffic issues. mainteance charges is 3500rs per month

there is nothing to dislike, the cost is pretty high these days. Maintainance cost is 4000/month which is high. However maintainance is good

He noted that the maintenance and cleanliness of the society were good, with no seepage or leakage issues. The society had a gym and a tennis court. The drainage system was efficient, and mobile networks worked well. There were no problems with water quality either.

Reflecting on my time living in the mentioned society three years ago, I recall the unique experience during the Corona lockdown period. While connectivity posed a challenge, adding a touch of adventure to everyday life, the real thrill came from being part of a budding community in a new society. Despite the occasional hiccup with electricity, each day felt like an opportunity for growth and connection. As the neighborhood bloomed with new faces, we eagerly anticipated the addition of amenities like a swimming pool, envisioning vibrant gatherings and shared moments of leisure.
