Good things here
Transportation is easily available, and the main city is nearby, making commuting convenient. The cleanliness is decent, and the people in the community are friendly and welcoming. The society has excellent amenities, including a gym, pool, and clubhouse. Additionally, there are no issues related to construction.
Things need improvement
Everything is generally good, there is always room for improvement. It would be beneficial to see more recreational facilities and community events to enhance the overall living experience. Additionally, improving the efficiency of maintenance services could further elevate the standard of living here.

Society boasts excellent connectivity, with markets and daily shops located very close by. Public transport is easily accessible, making it convenient for residents to travel around the area. This proximity to essential services greatly enhances the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
There are areas for improvement, particularly in construction quality. Some buildings could benefit from updates and repairs. Additionally, maintenance needs more attention, especially concerning the lift and garden, which are not well-maintained. Improving these aspects would make the society more comfortable and enjoyable for everyone

Good things here

Despite the excellent construction quality and good connectivity, the society falls short in amenities, which are quite limited. The community's friendliness could be improved, and while the maintenance is decent, it hasn't seen any updates in 1. 5 years.

Good things here
No issues like leakage , seepage and cracks in the building . Connectivity of society is great with availability of cabs and autos nearby. No issues with water , electricity and garbage collection . Functional lifts, good parking space and good security. All amenities are available including clubhouse, gym , swimming pool and park in the society. People in the society are quite social .
Things need improvement
No issues as such have been experienced by me in the society . Its a great society with all the facilities . The society has great maintenance and problems are resolved quickly.

Good things here
My experience till now has been very quiet well as autos and cabs are easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. We have designated parking. Garbage collection is done regularly, and the electricity and water supply are available 24 hours a day. My neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we help each other in times of need.
Things need improvement
The thing which has to be upgraded is that here we face issue regarding seepage issues. The amenities are not well-maintained and are non-functional, so they don't work.

The society has good connectivity, being located on the main road. Maintenance is well-managed, and amenities including a club are available within the society.

The construction quality of the society is poor, as I've faced issues like seepage in the flat. The neighbors are not friendly and are divided based on their wings.
