Being an owner in this housing society is a delight due to its outstanding attributes. The connectivity here is superb, rated at five stars, with easy access to major transportation routes making commuting effortless. Maintenance is impeccable, also earning five stars, ensuring that the property is always well-maintained and in excellent condition. The construction quality is top-notch, rated at five stars, providing a solid and well-designed structure that stands the test of time. Additionally, the amenities offered are extensive and luxurious, rated five stars, catering to every need and enhancing the overall living experience. The society's prime location adds to its appeal, with food joints and essential services just a short walk away, making daily life convenient and enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Despite its many strengths, there are a few aspects that could be improved for a more satisfying living experience. While the connectivity is excellent, and amenities are luxurious, the social atmosphere among residents could be more welcoming and engaging. Some residents seem busy and not very friendly, which can detract from the community's overall warmth and sense of belonging. Improving social interactions and fostering a more inclusive community environment could enhance the overall quality of life for everyone in the society. Nevertheless, the positives of living in such a posh and well-connected society far outweigh these minor drawbacks.

Good things here
Connectivity in this society is good with public transport easily accessible. We also get autos, cabs and rickshaws very easily. Parking spaces are also available here. One thing that is very good about this society is everything is available here like grocery shops, gyms, swimming pools, playing area for children. There are no issues regarding water supply and electric supply. People of this soc are kind of good, we celebrate festivals together too.
Things need improvement
Nowadays , we are really facing many issues relating to maintenance, we have complained many times but the issue doesn't get resolved, the maintenance team is imply ignoring them again and again. Also, the security guards here are not guard, they work acc to their own wish, sometimes they allow entry from gate 4 , sometimes they don't which really creates lot of confusion as to from which gate we should make the entry for guests.

Good things here
Connectivity might not be ideal for those relying on public transport, I find the society overall quite good. The maintainance of the society is very well managed with proper collection and disposal of garbage. The construction quality is solid, and I haven't encountered any issues like seepage or structural problems. The amenities like gym & a swimming pool are avilable and decently maintained, providing a comfortable living environment. Most of the neighbors are friendly, although interactions are limited due to everyone being busy with their own lives.
Things need improvement
However, the connectivity could be improved, especially for residents depending on public transport. Although the neighbors are generally good, limited interaction can sometimes make the community feel less connected. These aspects could be areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience in the society.

Good things here
There are top notch amenities available like gyms, swimming pools and club houses. There are also public parks available and they are cleaned regularly. Maintenance facilities of the soc are also good with fast issue resolution and lift facilities are also available . Construction quality of the soc is also okay , i don't face any issues regarding seepage , cracks , water supply or electricity supply. CCTVs are also available in the soc so there no security issues too. People here are good and engaging. Connectivity is also quite good here with proper parking spaces and autos and rickshaws easily accessible, overall, It's a nice society to live in .
Things need improvement
The main issue here is of traffic outside the society, especially during business hours, it sometimes takes around 1 hour to get out of that, apart from that , i don't face any issues here; it's kind of pleasant to live here.

Each resident has designated parking, which is a big plus. Regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation is maintained. The elevators are in good working condition, and there are amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse that are well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, adding to the positive living experience. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards ensures safety.
Things need improvement
The major issues in the society are the significant seepage and termite problems. Additionally, the overall maintenance could be improved. However, the society is well-built, and aside from these issues, everything else is fine.

Good things here
It's really a very good society. Everything is available here, and till now, i haven't faced any kind of issue here. The society has excellent connectivity with autos, cabs, metro stations, buses, and good roads. The construction is great with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight. The neighbourhood is friendly with no noise issues and good interaction, we also celebrate many festivals together. There are all amenities available in the society such as gyms, swimming pools and club houses. Overall, its a good to live in
Things need improvement
IT's really pleasant to live here, i have been staying here since long and isn't facing any issues. I don't expect anything else from the society, i personally enjoy living here.

The society has excellent connectivity, making it easy to find cabs whenever needed. The maintenance is really good, with everything taken care of on time. The construction quality is impressive too, as there are no issues with water seeping or leaking. All the amenities you need are available right here in the society. Plus, the neighbors are friendly and always willing to help out, creating a really nice community atmosphere.

In my view i like living in the society i am quite happy with the facilities given in the society. i don't think anything need to be improved in the society.
