Good things here
I'm really pleased with how easy it is to get around with public transportation available. And having designated parking spots means I never have to worry about finding a place to park. It's awesome that they pick up the garbage every day, it really helps keep things looking nice around here. The fact that the elevator works and we always have water and electricity is a big relief too. And not having to worry about any leaks is a huge weight off my mind. Having all the amenities available makes life so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, knowing the CCTV is working gives me peace of mind about security. And the friendly vibe from everyone here makes it feel like home.
Things need improvement
Having allocated parking spots is definitely a plus, but I can see how they might not be enough for everyone, which could cause some parking headaches. And while it's good that they collect the garbage every day, not properly segregating it could cause problems down the line for the environment. Plus, dealing with occasional breakdowns or maintenance with the elevator, especially if you live higher up, could be really frustrating.

The connectivity of the society is poor, with the nearest metro station being 3-4 kilometers away in Vaishali, causing significant inconvenience for residents. The maintenance is subpar, largely due to a biased and ineffective RWA that fails to address key issues. These factors, coupled with the lack of nearby metro access, contribute to a less than ideal living experience despite the other positive aspects.

I like that the society is well maintained, with timely renovations regularly carried out. The connectivity is top-notch, making it easy to access autos, cabs, and buses. During my stay, I never had to face any issues with leakage or seepage. The community is very friendly, and they celebrate festivals together, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

One major drawback of the society is the lack of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and park, which is disappointing for me. The society also needs to be cleaned regularly. Since it is a small society, they should focus on adding a play area and other amenities to make living here better.

Good things here
There are no problems with leaks or dampness in the flats. Bachelors are welcome, and we celebrate festivals together. The residents are friendly and respectful. We have water available all the time, and cleanliness is well-kept. We follow proper garbage disposal rules for waste management. The lifts are in good condition, and public transportation is close to the society.
Things need improvement
There are few amenities for children, such as no playground or badminton court. The maintenance charges are quite high, considering the limited amenities and facilities available. Additionally, parking space is limited in the area.

Good things here
Residents had designated parking spots, and the community vibe was pretty chill, with festivals being celebrated and all. Plus, no worries about leaks or seepage in my flat, which was a relief. Traffic wasn't a headache either, with autos and buses readily accessible, and the market was conveniently close by.
Things need improvement
The major hiccup in the community was the water supply dwindling during the hot summer months. Also, the gym was a bit lacking in equipment variety, and visitor parking was pretty scarce.

I've never had any problems with connectivity; autos and cabs are always available on time. Cleaning happens every three months, and there's a big box where we put our garbage, which is then collected. There's also no issue with ventilation. The lift works properly, and all the amenities function well. The clubhouse is also very nice.

Occasionally, there are issues with seepage and leakage, but they get resolved quickly after complaining. Otherwise, everything else is well-maintained.
