Good things here
Best connected place. Extremely prime location. Nearer to multiple school, Bus station, train station, banks, multiplex, Reliance Mart etc.
Things need improvement
It's small 7 floor society with 35 flats and no amenities like gym, swimming pool. Maintenance charges are approx 3000.
No clubhouse/ gym/ pool
