Maintenance services in our society are exemplary, ensuring timely cleanliness and hygiene upkeep. Garbage collections are consistently on schedule, and hospitals are conveniently located nearby. The connecting roads are in good condition, with functional street lights enhancing safety, and public transportation options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs are easily accessible. I personally use my car for travel and have a designated parking space within the society. Local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are conveniently situated nearby, and guest parking facilities are available. Thankfully, I haven't faced any water supply issues thus far, and any concerns that do arise are promptly addressed by the society. The CCTV system and elevators are regularly maintained, and I've never encountered any issues with them. Paintings and waterproofing are conducted on time, ensuring the longevity of our buildings, and there have been no construction issues to date. The wall quality is excellent, and ample sunlight and ventilation are received in the rooms. Pet-related issues are minimized as separate spots are allocated for pets. The residents are friendly and social, often organizing events and festivals efficiently. Furthermore, our society boasts modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and kids' play area, all meticulously maintained.
Things need improvement
Frequent power cuts happens specially during summer season. Major issues are faced regarding electricity. There is no power backup available. Security guards are limited in the society. Outside the society there are slum areas where it remains dirty and water logging happens.

Good things here
I found the maintenance services provided by our society quite good. If I ever had any issues regarding electricity or plumbing, a service would be provided within an hour after making a call, so I never had to wait long for help. Garbage collection was also timely, scheduled daily at 10:00 a. m. , which made it convenient for me to dispose of waste. All amenities in the society, such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and park, were well-maintained, enhancing my overall living experience. I enjoyed participating in society events and celebrations, such as Holi, Diwali, and Navratri, which were organized with enthusiasm. Occasionally, these activities would cause a bit of disturbance during my working hours, but overall, I found the people in the society to be friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
I faced a significant problem with the absence of public transport around the society, which was quite inconvenient for me. However, regarding the construction of the society itself, I never encountered any issues inside my flat, which was reassuring. Unfortunately, the plaster on the outer walls of the buildings was not good; it would peel off, causing electricity connection issues and affecting the overall electricity supply. Aside from these issues, I didn't encounter any other problems during my time in the society.

I'm really happy with the amenities our society offers. The garden, clubhouse, and swimming pool are all amazing and kept in great shape. It's wonderful to have such lovely spots to unwind and have fun. And I totally agree about the people living here�they're incredibly friendly and helpful, making this place feel like a real community. It's just awesome to be surrounded by such positivity.
Things need improvement
It's definitely tough dealing with the lack of nearby public transport around the society. Having to travel long distances just to catch a bus or train can really be a hassle, especially for daily routines or errands. And the maintenance issues, along with the high costs involved, are disappointing. High maintenance charges, combined with frequent power cuts that require generator use, can really take a toll financially. Plus, extra fees for different services can quickly add up, putting even more strain on residents' budgets. It's a tough situation all around.

The buildings are solidly constructed, ensuring safety and durability. Community members frequently gather for cultural events, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Residents can enjoy various amenities like gyms, pools, and a clubhouse, enhancing their living experience. Additionally, the absence of leaks or water problems indicates effective water management in the area. Transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis facilitate easy mobility. Adequate parking availability adds convenience for car owners. Nearby, you'll find all essential services, including groceries, schools, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities.
Things need improvement
The only issue present is seepage and leakage; otherwise, everything is okay and well-maintained. Connectivity is good, and all amenities are kept in proper maintenance.

I have nearby market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants for daily needs. Public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible. Railway and metro stations are close by. There's ample parking within the society. Roads are well-maintained with functioning street lights for safety. Society maintenance prioritizes cleanliness, prompt resolution of issues, and superior construction quality without seepage or leakage. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are well-maintained, along with functional lifts and CCTV security.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection is not timely. Implementing regular garbage collection is essential, requiring the appointment of dedicated housekeeping staff for this task.

Good things here
Both the maintenance service and the maintenance staff are excellent. public transport is easily available. The people in the society are very nice and cooperative. The construction quality of the society is quite good the materials used are of high quality. We have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all of which are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There's power backup, but it's not very reliable sometimes, when the electricity goes out, it can be a big problem as it may not come back for the whole day. The metro station is quite far, so we usually have to take an auto, which takes about 45 minutes to reach. It's a pet-friendly society, but some people who don't like pets may have a bit of a problem, while pet lovers don't mind.

The society has excellent maintenance services, with garbage collection always being on time and the lift regularly maintained. The availability of plumbers and electricians around the clock ensures prompt assistance for any issues. Good ventilation in every flat contributes to a comfortable living environment. The supportive and helpful nature of the people, along with well-maintained amenities, fosters a friendly and supportive community atmosphere. Overall, it seems like a great place to live.
Things need improvement
Getting to places like the metro station, airport, and railway station takes a bit longer, about 30-40 minutes. The roads could use some fixing up, and it would be nice to see more efforts to make the area look nicer.

The roads here are excellent, and it's easy to get around with nearby public transportation like auto-rickshaws and cabs. I appreciate how well our community is maintained, with regular garbage collection and separate bins for wet and dry waste. We always have water, and the buildings are high quality, so we don't have problems like leaks. The gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area make life enjoyable. The friendly residents create a strong community, especially during festivals and events. Pet rules keep things harmonious, and well-maintained elevators and CCTV cameras ensure safety and convenience.

Good things here
Residents were allotted parking spaces, including a basement option. Festivals were joyfully celebrated, and the community was friendly. Water was readily available 24/7, with no reports of leakage or seepage in the flats. The amenities were of good quality, including modern facilities. Public transport and markets were conveniently accessible nearby.
Things need improvement
The roads near the society were in poor condition, causing inconvenience. Waterlogging occurred during the rainy season, adding to the challenges. Additionally, parking for visitors was limited, which could be inconvenient for guests.
