Good things here
I usually use my personal vehicle for traveling, but public transportation options like auto-rickshaws, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, making connectivity very good. There is ample parking space available. Nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants are easily accessible around the society. Hospitals are also nearby, and the metro station is just 5 minutes away from the society. Garbage collection is done on time, with multicolored bins used for disposal. The society is always kept clean, and hygiene is properly maintained. All cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society, fostering a sense of community among residents who are generally friendly. Paintings are done on time, and the society is pet-friendly, with owners ensuring the hygiene of the premises.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is subpar, with issues like seepage, leakage, plaster problems, and common wall cracks. Unfortunately, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids are not available in the society. Additionally, the plots are very small, and buildings are constructed on them.

Good things here
The maintenance of the lifts is commendable. The society is kept clean and neat. Amenities such as the swimming pool and clubhouse are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Cabs and autos are not available inside the society, which is inconvenient. The construction quality of the buildings is not good. The railway station is located 2-3 kilometers away from the society, which is also inconvenient for residents.

Very proximal to main roads yet very peaceful. Lots of amenities and near to all essential services.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is a bit high and water charges are separate, but sometimes worth the cost paid to live here.

Good things here
The society's maintenance is excellent; we have water available round the clock, and there's backup power during outages. Garbage gets collected efficiently every day, and the maintenance charges are quite reasonable. The residents are friendly and well-educated. Cabs can be easily booked within the society, and essential facilities like supermarkets and markets are conveniently located on the main roads. Security is top-notch, even at night.
Things need improvement
Getting autos can be tough, as they're not always around, and public transport is about 2 kilometers away. The cleanliness outside the neighborhood could definitely be better.

Good things here
Cabs are easily available in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. I vacated the society 5 years ago. Water facility is good in the society, available 24 hours. Power backup is also available in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. We celebrate every festival in the society.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection is not done regularly in the society; it occurs only once every three days, resulting in unpleasant odors. The roads in the society are also not clean. Maintenance charges are also expensive in the society.

The children's play area is excellent and spacious, providing ample room for recreation. Cabs are easily accessible on the main road, and transportation within the society is efficient. Garbage collection in the society is inadequate, with garbage being cleaned only once every three days. Moreover, the railway station is quite far, approximately 2 kilometers away from the society.

Connectivity like cabs and autis are easily available in the society is convienet. Aminities like gym area is well-maintained with good equipments. . People are very friendly and co-operated .

Maintaining the club house is very poor. Greenary should be improve in the society. There is no public transports are available infront of the society. Railway station is very for from the society.

Maintaining of the lift is very good in the society. People are very friendly, cooperative, and well-educated in the society. Cab facilities are excellent in the society if we book. Water facility is also good in the society at all times. The community is very good in the society. Facilities like grocery stores and markets are available at market rates. Schools are very near to the society, within walking distance.

Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society, amounting to 9000 rupees. Minor leakages are present in the construction pipes. The building is old, approximately 10 years in age. Pollution is also present around the society.

Security is top-notch and ensures safety at all times within the society. The main road is conveniently close, providing easy access to various facilities. People are cooperative, fostering a friendly environment. The cleaning of the society is thorough and hygienic, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Maintenance of the lift is not good; it frequently requires repairs in the society. Amenities like the swimming pool and clubhouse are not well-maintained. Pollution is present around the society. Traffic congestion is also a problem, especially in the evenings.
