The helpful and friendly nature of the people and neighborhood fosters a sense of community and belonging. The society's pet-friendly policy accommodates residents with pets. The proper functioning of the mobile network ensures residents remain connected at all times.
Sometimes my balcony is filled with water logging issues which is a concern. For using the amenities seperate charges has to be paid, it is not included with the maintenance charges. Sometimes parking area becomes conjested as outside people park their car randomly at places.

I've noticed some seepage or leakage inside my building, indicating that the construction quality might be average. It's a concern because it could affect the integrity of the building and cause inconvenience for residents.

Pets were allowed in the society, accommodating pet owners. The residents were cooperative, fostering a harmonious community atmosphere, and festivals were joyfully celebrated together.
The society faced significant issues with leakage and seepage, along with numerous cracks in the building structure. The most pressing concern was waterlogging on the society's roads, contributing to inadequate cleanliness in the area. There was also insufficient water supply for drinking purposes, affecting residents' daily lives. Sunlight was insufficient in my flat, impacting the living conditions. Additionally, there was a minor traffic issue during peak hours, causing some inconvenience for residents.

Maintenance services in the society are commendable, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep. The society offers amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and play area, enhancing resident convenience. Seepage and leakage issues are minimal due to good construction quality.
Water logging issues occur periodically, and maintenance is not up to the mark. Unfortunately, there is no nearby metro station for convenient transportation.

In our society, drinking water supply is limited to 30 minutes in the morning and evening. Unfortunately, the roads outside have become elevated, leading to rainwater entering our society. Given that our society is 25 years old, we're experiencing issues such as cracks and seepage

Public transportation is convenient, and the market is nearby with no traffic problems. The residents are friendly and cooperative. Issues with leakage and seepage have been fixed.
The society neglects the garden, and hygiene in the gym and swimming pool is poor. Although our building is clean, other buildings in the society face significant cleanliness issues.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport like autos and cabs. Schools, college and hospitals are also within reach. Maintenance of the society with proper Hygiene and cleanliness. All issues are timely resolved. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The neighborhood is friendly and lives together like a family since 8 years.
Construction quality of the society is average with some seepage issues in rainy season. Water logging issues also exist during the rainy season.
