Good things here
With various public transport options easily accessible, including auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs, residents can navigate the area conveniently. The area boasts good street lighting, and there are no reported issues of seepage or leakage in the flats, indicating high construction quality. Adequate sunlight and spacious rooms further contribute to residents' comfort. Proper hygiene is maintained, with timely garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. Additionally, 24/7 availability of water supply and electricity adds to residents' convenience. The helpful and friendly nature of the people and neighborhood fosters a sense of community and belonging. The society's pet-friendly policy accommodates residents with pets. The proper functioning of the mobile network ensures residents remain connected at all times.
Things need improvement
Sometimes my balcony is filled with water logging issues which is a concern. For using the amenities seperate charges has to be paid, it is not included with the maintenance charges. Sometimes parking area becomes conjested as outside people park their car randomly at places.

The society's commitment to cleanliness and proper hygiene maintenance, along with segregated garbage collection, contributes to a healthy and pleasant living environment. Additionally, the availability of electricity without any issues and the presence of power backup ensure uninterrupted daily activities. The availability and proper maintenance of amenities such as a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids further enhance the quality of life within the society.

I've noticed some seepage or leakage inside my building, indicating that the construction quality might be average. It's a concern because it could affect the integrity of the building and cause inconvenience for residents.

Public transport was easily accessible from the society, facilitating convenient commuting for residents. The ventilation in my flat was good, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Pets were allowed in the society, accommodating pet owners. The residents were cooperative, fostering a harmonious community atmosphere, and festivals were joyfully celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The society faced significant issues with leakage and seepage, along with numerous cracks in the building structure. The most pressing concern was waterlogging on the society's roads, contributing to inadequate cleanliness in the area. There was also insufficient water supply for drinking purposes, affecting residents' daily lives. Sunlight was insufficient in my flat, impacting the living conditions. Additionally, there was a minor traffic issue during peak hours, causing some inconvenience for residents.

Local transport options are readily available nearby, and the railway station is only 2-3 km away. The society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply, and cleanliness is maintained on a daily basis. There is comprehensive CCTV surveillance and security coverage in all areas, with staff available round-the-clock at the entrance. Overall, the society offers great connectivity and facilitates convenient living for�its�residents.
Things need improvement
The major drawback of this society is the presence of leakage and seepage problems, which the maintenance team has been unable to address effectively. Additionally, essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area are lacking. Instead, only basic facilities like lifts and parking spaces have�been�provided.

Market areas, schools, and restaurants are all within a 15 to 20-minute distance from the society, making amenities easily reachable. Maintenance services in the society are commendable, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep. The society offers amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and play area, enhancing resident convenience. Seepage and leakage issues are minimal due to good construction quality.
Things need improvement
Water logging issues occur periodically, and maintenance is not up to the mark. Unfortunately, there is no nearby metro station for convenient transportation.

Good things here
Public transport is readily accessible, and the roads outside are in good condition, ensuring smooth travel. Traffic is not a problem here. We're fortunate to have all modern amenities, which are well-maintained for everyone's convenience. Residents are friendly, and there's plenty of parking, even for visitors
Things need improvement
In our society, drinking water supply is limited to 30 minutes in the morning and evening. Unfortunately, the roads outside have become elevated, leading to rainwater entering our society. Given that our society is 25 years old, we're experiencing issues such as cracks and seepage

Public transportation is convenient, and the market is nearby with no traffic problems. The residents are friendly and cooperative. Issues with leakage and seepage have been fixed.
Things need improvement
The society neglects the garden, and hygiene in the gym and swimming pool is poor. Although our building is clean, other buildings in the society face significant cleanliness issues.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport like autos and cabs. Schools, college and hospitals are also within reach. Maintenance of the society with proper Hygiene and cleanliness. All issues are timely resolved. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The neighborhood is friendly and lives together like a family since 8 years.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of the society is average with some seepage issues in rainy season. Water logging issues also exist during the rainy season.

During the rainy season, significant water logging issues occur in the apartment, leading to a decrease in the value of the flats within the society. The construction of the apartment is of poor quality, with pillars and other structural elements showing signs of rusting.
