Maintenance is also relatively good, with regular upkeep that keeps the surroundings clean and facilities in working order. The social life within the community is vibrant, with residents actively participating in various activities and fostering a sense of camaraderie. Overall, these factors contribute positively to the livability and community spirit of the housing society.
Things need improvement
However, there are areas where improvements could enhance the overall experience for residents. The connectivity, while decent, could be better with improved access to public transportation options or major roadways. Additionally, while maintenance is generally good, there are occasional lapses that lead to delays in addressing issues or maintaining cleanliness consistently. The amenities provided are satisfactory but could benefit from expansion or enhancement to better meet the diverse needs and preferences of residents. Despite the active social life, there may be room for improvement in organizing and diversifying social events to cater to a wider range of interests within the community.

Good things here
Construction quality were superb. With no prufe of leaks aur seepage. Society has spacious park within our society. This park not only provides ample space for children to play and enjoy recreational activities but also fosters strong bonds within our community. Another highlight of our society is the parking area, which is well-maintained and spacious. It is designed with durable materials to prevent any cracks or leakage, demonstrating our commitment to quality and attention to detail. Society have operational CCTV cameras and elevators in place. These contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our community by enhancing safety and convenience for all residents.
Things need improvement
There were issues with street dogs which pose a danger to the children of the society. Elevators were not working properly. Additionally, there were issues with cleanliness.

Good things here
I love how everything I need is nearby like schools, hospitals, and markets are all within reach. The connectivity is a big plus, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the roads are in good shape. Each resident has designated parking, which is really convenient. The garbage collection is well-organized with proper segregation. The elevators are well-maintained. The construction quality is top-notch, no issues with seepage or termites, and the ventilation is great. Plus, the plaster and fittings are solid.
Things need improvement
Being a standalone building, there aren�۪t any amenities, which is a bit of a letdown. Also, with only one apartment per floor, there isn�۪t much interaction with neighbors, though they seem nice. Other than that, everything else is really good.

Good things here
The locality was very good; you could easily access everything. Public transport like autos and rickshaws was readily available outside the society. Nearby, malls, markets, and grocery shops were all accessible. The construction quality was excellent with good ventilation and no issues like seepage. Cleaning was done very well, and maintenance of amenities like lifts and CCTV was proper. All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Ganpati were celebrated together.
Things need improvement
There was an issue with water logging, similar to what happens throughout Mumbai, which was a drawback. Otherwise, everything inside the society was excellent. Overall, I had a positive experience there.

Good things here
The connectivity is reliable, maintenance is consistently on schedule, and I have no complaints about the construction quality. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant community to live in.
Things need improvement
I enjoy living in the society overall, but one thing that's disappointing is that the swimming pool has been under construction for over 3 to 4 months. It's a bit frustrating not being able to use that facility during this time.
