This is a fantastic community with excellent connectivity, as hospitals, schools, and a local market are all within 500 meters. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The society, being 6 years old, boasts good construction quality, and there's ample parking space available for residents.

The connectivity in the society was good, and the location was also favorable. Everything was easy to access, and the construction quality was very good. They offer attractive amenities such as a gym and a well-maintained clubhouse, reflecting their emphasis on quality. Transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and welcoming.
Things need improvement
Overall, the living experience in the society was good, but there was an issue with the electricity meter having a low power load, which needs improvement. The paint was scraped off, indicating that the society really needs renovation. Additionally, the construction quality should be improved, as there were leakages and seepages in some flats of the society.

The apartment enjoys good ventilation as it is open on all sides, allowing for ample natural airflow. Public transportation options such as autos, buses, and cabs are conveniently accessible within walking distance outside the society. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The metro station is also situated close by for easy commuting. The society maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, with regular upkeep. Timely garbage collection and pest control measures are consistently implemented to ensure a pleasant living environment for residents.

There are concerns regarding seepage issues within the premises. Additionally, the community exhibits a reserved demeanor, where interactions among residents are minimal. For example, during visits to the park with my son, I observed that there was little engagement or conversation among the residents present.

Children have ample space for leisure and recreation in the sprawling park. People of the society were also good and kind.

Street dogs in the society are a significant issue. The construction quality is poor, leading to frequent seepage problems, particularly in the bathroom area. Plumbing issues such as burst sprinklers or leaks are not promptly addressed, requiring multiple complaints. In some cases, residents have had to bear the cost of repairs themselves despite reporting the issues.

The construction quality in our society is notably inadequate, resulting in frequent sealing and seepage issues in the flats. Moreover, the presence of numerous street dogs in the vicinity poses a potential danger to children.

Good things here
The society is decent. Schools, hospitals, and markets are close by. Everyone has their own parking spot. The area has a decent public transport connectivity like buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are well maintained. Garbage is collected regularly and sorted properly. The buildings are well-made with no leaks or bugs, and they have proper ventilation. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards all the time.
Things need improvement
There are no lifts and amenities like a gym or clubhouse. Also, the security could be better even though we have guards and cameras. We experience frequent power cuts, and there are no power backups.

Just in front of the society, you could easily find autos, and the metro station was also nearby. There was no issue of leakage or seepage in the flats. The society had all modern amenities, especially the swimming pool, which was very well-maintained. The landlords were cooperative. Festivals were celebrated, and the residents were good. Cleanliness was maintained, and there was enough parking.
Things need improvement
In the society, the doors in the flats were made of aluminum, so if the doors were kept closed during the rainy season, there was humidity. Electricity was often cut, so power backup was used frequently, which led to higher electricity bills in the society.

Public transport was readily accessible, and the roads outside the society were well-maintained. All modern amenities were available and kept in good condition. Festivals were celebrated enthusiastically within the society. Water supply was continuous 24/7, and cleanliness standards were diligently maintained. Parking facilities were adequate for residents, and the maintenance charges were considered reasonable and justified.
Things need improvement
There was a significant issue with seepage in the society, particularly noticeable during the rainy season. Parking inside the society premises was not available for visitors, forcing them to park their vehicles outside.
