Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is very convenient if booked using web applications. Water facilities are very good, with reliable power backups. Garbage collection is excellent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant in the area. The low population density makes this society very convenient; there are only 100 apartments, so it is spacious and comfortable. There is a grocery shop available nearby, making it convenient for residents. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, kids' play area, and a green environment. Hospital availability nearby is very convenient. Parking is very spacious; both two-wheelers and four-wheelers can be parked. There is also visitor parking and good public transportation accessibility. Cleanliness in the area is very good, with regular housekeeping maintaining hygiene standards.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor, with some external cracks and flaws. Maintenance expenses are high, at approximately 3 rupees per square foot. There are no bus routes available nearby. The nearest metro station is about 5 kilometers away.

Maintenance of the society is very good, especially the water facilities which are available 24/7, and reliable power backups. Garbage collection is very efficient; they manage waste well. Construction quality is good, with no major issues or deficiencies in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Parking areas are spacious, and there is a designated visitor parking area. Greenery in the city is very good. Security is excellent and ensures safety for residents. Cleanliness is also very good; they clean and maintain the surroundings well. There is a designated visitor parking lot in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity via cabs and autos is not available, and it is very inconvenient if we book them as they won't come to the society. Metro is also not available nearby, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance of the lifts in the society is not good; they require repairs sometimes. Buses are also not available nearby, making it very inconvenit those are available far from the society.

Connectivity is accessible and water availability is efficient if we book Ola or Uber. It is a big society. Construction quality is very good. There are few issues like sewage and some road issues. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, kids' play areas are available in the society. Public transport is reasonable within a short distance. Hospitals are conveniently located for emergencies. Maintenance of the lifts is also good. The greenery in the society is very good.
Things need improvement
Maintenance fee is expensive at 6000 rupees per month in this society. Bus services are far from the socity is very inconvenient. However, the nearest metro station is quite far, about 6 kilometers from the society.

Good things here
The construction and maintenance are all good and well-maintained. The gym and all basic amenities are well. The connectivity is not here it is 2. 5kms from the society, and autos are not easily available from anywhere here, we have booked two autos to stay here for our convenience. Also, there is always water logging issues due to which there are alot of mosquitoes, we can't even open the windows.
