Good things here
Everything you need, including hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport, is within a 500-meter radius. Basic amenities like gardens and lifts are available. The construction is excellent and well-maintained, and the community is welcoming and vibrant.

Good things here
Located in Sector 90, the area boasts excellent connectivity with highways nearby. Schools and hospitals are just 2km away, ensuring convenience. Basic amenities are available, and there's no pollution to worry about. The residents are also pleasant, and covered parking is provided.

this society is strategically located next to nth, 90 and regal garden so great location that is the only advantage of this society

road in front of society is not properly connected yet only connection is via revenue roads poorly maintained society park is also not properly maintained there is no club house , no gym, no badminton court, no basketball court, no cummunity hall , poor security no publis transport nearby seepage issue is also there maximum flats are not occupied not a good society to choose for living. build quality is not not,window frames look very cheap fittings are not that good

I lived in same society there are problems with seveage, when you will in basement always water dropping many places
