Good things here
The maintenance is good, with proper garbage collection and segregation. Transportation is convenient, with easy access to Ola, Uber, and personal vehicles. The basement parking is a plus. The construction quality is good with well-ventilated flats and plenty of sunlight. Basic amenities include security, CCTV, a swimming pool, a kids' play area. a party hall, a gym, and a library, they are inside the well-maintained clubhouse. People are cooperative, and cultural programs are held like holi diwali. The society's main road access is 1km away,
Things need improvement
Despite being over 10 years old, there are some cracks in the buildings, though they are negligible. Pets are generally not allowed inside the society, which can be disappointing for pet owners. which might be inconvenient for some. Additionally, while most amenities are well-maintained, the age of the buildings may still pose occasional maintenance challenges.

Good things here
As a former resident, I found my time here very pleasant. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to live. CCTV and security measures were reliable, ensuring safety. Parking and guest parking were always available and convenient, and there were no issues with stray dogs Connectivity was excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance was always handled well, with clean surroundings and prompt garbage collection. The construction quality was solid with no leaks or cracks. The amenities, like the swimming pool, gym, and children's play area, were great and added to the quality of life.
Things need improvement
I did not face any issues during my stay. Everything was well-managed and in good condition. Connectivity, maintenance, construction, amenities, and the neighbourhood were all excellent.

Good things here
Connectivity to cabs and Ola/Uber is easily available in the society. Maintenance is very efficient and respectable in the society. Construction quality is good; there are no issues with leaks or seepages in the society. Maintenance is very good; the water facilities and power backup are reliable, and garbage collection is efficient. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym are available and well-maintained. Security infrastructure is very good. Residents are very friendly in the society. Maintenance costs are reasonable in the society.
Things need improvement
There isn't a tennis facility in the society. Public transportation via buses is available within around 1 kilometer from the society. The metro is still under construction nearby the society. There is no visitor parking in the society.

Good things here
There is auto service near the apartment itself, the flats are well-ventilated, and garbage collection is done regularly and properly. There are two functioning elevators, and problems like electricity issues are resolved within a day. The play area is available, and people are cooperative.
Things need improvement
When I was trying to get a taxi, they were not allowed to enter, and auto drivers were showing Ola and Uber there. Pre-COVID, this issue was present. There is open parking on entry, but I don't know about basement parking as it was a rental apartment. There was seepage and leakage near the bathroom wall. I complained to the management about the auto issue, but they didn't respond since it was an outside problem. I am not sure if the society is pet-friendly, and I don't know about the clubhouse.

I have no issues with Maintenance is handled well, with clean surroundings and prompt garbage collection. Connectivity is excellent with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. The construction quality is solid, with no issues like leaks or cracks. Parking and guest parking are always available and convenient. There are no problems with stray dogs either. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to live. CCTV and security are reliable and always make me feel safe.
Things need improvement
There should be better parks and a children�s play area. Right now, if kids play in any open ground, the management complains that they are damaging the property. This makes it hard for children to find a safe place to play and have fun.

Good things here
There were no traffic issues near the society. Cabs were easily available from the society. Festivals were celebrated collectively by the residents. The residents were decent, and bachelors were allowed in the society. The lifts were well-maintained, and security was efficient. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society was not good; there were cracks and issues with leakage and seepage. The structure of the staircase was also deteriorating. Shared autos were not available from the society, and personal autos charged high rates. The society did not have any modern amenities.

Good things here
The roads outside the society were initially in poor condition but are now improving. Cleanliness is maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are justified. Residents are cooperative. Water is available 24/7. The society has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. There is no issue with leakage or seepage. Autos are easily accessible from the society due to its good location. Festivals are celebrated collectively by the residents.
Things need improvement
Buses are not easily accessible from near the society; one has to go to the main road to catch a bus. There is some traffic to reach the main road from the society.

Good things here
There are many autos and cabs available. The metro and railway station are close by. The roads are good. The house has good ventilation and sunlight . The neighbours are friendly here .
Things need improvement
Although it's a good society, it needs a lot of maintenance. None of the amenities, like swimming pools, gym, and children's play area, are maintained; all of them are in poor condition. The lifts get easily broken, and you can't even call from them, so it's also a major issue here. Seepage and leakage are also present throughout the whole society.

Good things here
I think it's all well, just the maintenance. It could have been improved. It is a good place to live, the transportation, the people, amenities, and cleanliness, all well and good. It is at the main center so most of the things are easily accessible.
Things need improvement
The amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are there but not really operational always. Air quality is bad due to the dumpyard in the back of the society. It also affects the functioning of AC. Also, the association is fine but not great.

It's fine to live here inside the society. Basic amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouses, schools are available nearby the society. The neighborhood is good, people are friendly here.
Things need improvement
There is no public transport available here, no auto, buses are available here that too more than 2km. I stay at the ground floor and no cleanliness is maintained here. Hospitals are not nearby, its too far and transports are not easily available, its too problematic.
