Good things here

The society is peaceful and calm, with a good atmosphere in our surroundings. The apartment is less crowded with no noise disturbances. Location-wise, it is 1 km from the bus stop, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and grocery stores. The road condition is good, and the street lights are working. We have ample parking space, proper maintenance with regular cleaning, 24/7 water and power supply, and a functional lift. The construction is solid with no wall leakages, and the rooms are well-ventilated. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. The surrounding people are friendly and helpful. read more

Garbage collection in the society is not timely, leading to occasional accumulation of waste. This issue affects the overall cleanliness and can cause discomfort for the residents. read more

Construction-wise, the apartment is excellent. Whenever there are any leakage issues, they are automatically resolved. The quality of walls and plaster is good, and the rooms are well-ventilated. In terms of connectivity, there is a bus stop within 1 km, supermarkets, grocery stores, and schools nearby. The road quality is good, with street lights ensuring visibility. Ample parking space is available. Maintenance is handled well; they regularly clean and collect garbage daily. There is reliable water and power supply, and the lift is functioning properly. In the society, cleanliness is not maintained sometimes due to a lot of monkeys. There are issues with leakage and cracks in the flats. The lifts are not maintained. read more
