The society is peaceful and calm, with a good atmosphere in our surroundings. The apartment is less crowded with no noise disturbances. Location-wise, it is 1 km from the bus stop, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and grocery stores. The road condition is good, and the street lights are working. We have ample parking space, proper maintenance with regular cleaning, 24/7 water and power supply, and a functional lift. The construction is solid with no wall leakages, and the rooms are well-ventilated. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. The surrounding people are friendly and helpful.
Garbage collection in the society is not timely, leading to occasional accumulation of waste. This issue affects the overall cleanliness and can cause discomfort for the residents.

Construction-wise, the apartment is excellent. Whenever there are any leakage issues, they are automatically resolved. The quality of walls and plaster is good, and the rooms are well-ventilated. In terms of connectivity, there is a bus stop within 1 km, supermarkets, grocery stores, and schools nearby. The road quality is good, with street lights ensuring visibility. Ample parking space is available. Maintenance is handled well; they regularly clean and collect garbage daily. There is reliable water and power supply, and the lift is functioning properly. The people in the community are friendly and helpful.

In the society, all modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Local transport is easily accessible. Water is available 24/7. All festivals are celebrated in the society. The residents are decent.
In the society, cleanliness is not maintained sometimes due to a lot of monkeys. There are issues with leakage and cracks in the flats. The lifts are not maintained.

Construction quality is not good with minor seepage, the society looks old and needs painting, and the elevators are very old and need to be replaced.

The locality of the society is very good and peaceful. "

There is no hospitals are available infront of the society for the emergrncy that is very inconvienet. Woking of the lift is not maintaining well that is crucial. maintaining of greenary is not much good.
