Parking is sufficient , no security issues, good water , electricity supply , no issues like leakage , seepage in the building, amenities like swimming pool, gym , park and clubhouse are available in the society for a good experience .
There are not much public transport and the road nearby is in very bad condition which creates problem in the connectivity of the society . There is a disagreement going on between the residents about choosing association between two .

The society, with 700 flats, offers a peaceful living environment, shielded from noise pollution from the main road. It benefits from a serene forest backdrop, ensuring excellent air circulation. The location is exceptional, with essential facilities within a 500-meter radius, including a bus stop, bank, three schools, and hospitals. Roads are well-maintained, providing easy access, while ample parking space is available. Lift maintenance is reliable, and regular garbage collection is in place. Residents enjoy a range of amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, library, swimming pool, indoor badminton court, outdoor basketball court, open theatre, and walking paths.
Improvements are needed in several areas. Firstly, additional street lights are required, and existing ones need proper maintenance. Balcony and common areas also require better cleaning. The ongoing water issue, with frequent 3-hour water cuts, needs urgent resolution. The power backup system in phase 1 is not functioning, requiring immediate attention. Quality issues with inner and outer walls, including leakages, must be addressed. Furthermore, bathroom grouting needs improvement, and malfunctioning gym equipment requires repair. These issues need prompt action to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of residents.

The apartment comprises 5 towers, offering ample space for children to play games in the designated play area. With security guards and CCTV cameras in place, safety is ensured. Nearby, within a 200-meter walk, supermarkets and grocery stores cater to daily needs, while schools and hospitals are conveniently located within 2 km. A plethora of amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, table tennis, swimming pool, kids' play area, and walking track enrich the residents' experience. Additionally, regular garbage collection further enhances the cleanliness of the surroundings.
The society is facing several challenges, including leaking pipes and inadequate maintenance of the gym. Moreover, tensions between residents from the north and south are causing disturbances, leading to noise issues. The frequent water cuts, especially during meal times, are inconvenient, and poor lighting in the compound poses safety risks. Additionally, the presence of snakes is a concerning safety hazard that needs to be addressed promptly. Immediate attention and action are necessary to address these issues and improve the overall living conditions in the community.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, kids' play areas, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the area if we book from elsewhere on the main road that's available in the society. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry separately in the society at a particular time daily. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. There is provision for visitors' parking in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable markets are available within walking distance from the society.
Construction quality is not very good; there are seepage issues in bathrooms and leakage in walls in the society. Hospitals are far from the society. The maintenance is not good, like cleaning outside of the society. Housekeeping is also not very good. There are a lot of traffic issues near the society, which is very inconvenient.

Ventilation is not an issue, due to well-designed windows provided throughout. Situated slightly off the main road, the environment is peaceful, fostering a serene atmosphere. Supermarkets and shops are conveniently located within approximately 1km. Schools and bus stops are also easily accessible. The maintenance of the society is commendable, with the surroundings kept clean and a focus on maintaining a hygienic environment. Water supply and garbage collection services operate efficiently. Amenities abound within the society, including a clubhouse, badminton court, basketball play area, tennis court, swimming pool, gym, and indoor games like table tennis and carom.
I moved out of this society around 2 years ago, and during my time there, the availability of transportation facilities was not good because residents had to walk around 1km to reach auto cab facilities. Additionally, there were some minor cracks in the walls due to the older construction of buildings.

The society is very spacious, peaceful, and calm. In terms of location, within a 2 km radius, residents have access to restaurants, petrol bunks, shopping malls, bus stops, schools, and hospitals. The road quality is good, and street lights are properly functioning. There's ample parking space for one car. Maintenance of the society is excellent; they clean every day, and garbage collection is very efficient, separating wet and dry waste on time. We have reliable power backup, and the lift is properly functioning. The amenities include a swimming pool, table tennis, basketball court, squash court, kids' play area, walking track, community hall, and garden. Construction quality is very good; there are no cracks on walls, and ventilation ensures fresh air circulation. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
There's a scheduled 2-hour water cut in the society, impacting residents' daily routines. It's essential to plan activities accordingly and conserve water during this period to minimize inconvenience.

Hospitals are conveniently located within a 1-kilometer radius. Ample parking space is also available in the society.
Autos are not available in the society, and booking one can be inconvenient due to long wait times. The water supply relies solely on tankers, causing frequent interruptions of up to 3 hours daily, which is highly inconvenient. The construction quality is poor, resulting in plumbing issues in bathrooms and minor leaks in sinks. Maintenance charges are expensive, and public transportation options like buses are not easily accessible from the society.

Cleaning of the society is very good both outside and inside. Parking area is very spacious, and there is also provision for visitor parking in the society.
Construction quality is poor in the society; there are some leakages in sinks and there is a leakage on walls in both rooms. Cleaning should be improved outside and inside the society. Hospitals are far from the society, around 4-5 km away, which is inconvenient. There is a traffic issue near the busy city, which is very inconvenient.

Water cuts lasting 3 to 4 hours are frequent, causing inconvenience. The builder's construction quality is subpar, evident in poorly constructed amenities like the gym and clubhouse. Society facilities promised by the builder remain undelivered.
