Things need improvement
Despite its favorable connectivity and scenic views, there are significant drawbacks to consider. The maintenance of the society is notably poor, receiving a low rating of two stars. Issues such as garbage disposal problems and inadequate upkeep detract from the quality of life for residents. Additionally, the construction quality is mediocre, with a rating of three stars, suggesting potential issues with durability or maintenance over time. Furthermore, the social life within the community is lacking, rated at two stars, indicating limited opportunities for social interaction and community engagement. Good things here
The community has superb building quality and is free of problems like leaks, seepage, and cracks, guaranteeing a clean atmosphere. Enough sunlight and ventilation improve the quality of life. Convenience and comfort are enhanced by features like parking, frequent trash collection, a steady supply of electricity, and properly operating elevators. For further protection, a security guard is on hand.

However, the society faces challenges with poor connectivity and limited public transport options such as buses, autos, and cabs, which inconvenience residents. Moreover, the absence of nearby schools, hospitals, and markets compounds these issues. The lack of essential amenities like a swimming pool, play area, parks, garden, gym, and clubhouse further diminishes the overall quality of life. These factors collectively pose significant challenges for daily living, impacting convenience and the community's recreational and health facilities.

The society excels in every aspect that enhances the living experience. Connectivity is excellent, making it convenient to travel and commute. Maintenance is impeccable, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and clean. The construction quality is top-notch, providing a solid and comfortable living environment. Despite the lack of amenities, which is not a concern for this resident, the community is friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There is room for improvement in the power backup system. Although there is a backup system in place, it only supports basic necessities like lights and fans. Upgrading the power backup to cover the entire apartment would greatly enhance convenience and comfort during power outages, ensuring a seamless living experience for all residents.

Good things here
Ventilation is adequate, security is strong, and residents are amicable. Electricity and water supply are reliable, and garbage collection is well-managed. Community festivals are celebrated together. The railway station is nearby. There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and amenities like table tennis, a gym, children's play area, and swimming pool are provided.

The society lacks amenities and the building is old. There are occasional issues with leakage and seepage, but they are manageable. Otherwise, there are no other issues in the society, making it a great place to live.

Good things here
This society is just on the main road so market and clinic ,local transport facilities were easily reachable. Schools and hospitals were around 1. 5km away from the society. Quality of the construction is good as there were seepage issues. Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors. Cleaniness was good proper garbage disposible system has been adopted. There was big terrace in the society which was the best part about the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance facilities are just not good as if any problem occures residents have to fix it on there own and pay by themselves,society dont looks into this matters. There was only few amenities in the society like play area and lift. There were strick rules and regulation like garbage collection also not done at door step you have go down that too for particular time only. Secuity gaurds were really rude and during covid time they were not helpful at all.
