Residents benefit from the convenience of nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. I appreciate the society's well-maintained and clean environment, with timely maintenance services and regular garbage collection. Electricity supply is reliable, and water logging issues are non-existent. Each room in the apartments receives ample sunlight and proper ventilation, thanks to the good construction quality of the buildings, which also ensures no seepage or leakage issues. The community spirit thrives with shared celebrations of cultural festivals and events. Additionally, the society's security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring residents' safety and peace of mind.
Construction works around the society are affecting road conditions, causing inconvenience to residents. Additionally, as a small standalone building, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids are not available. The absence of a lift in the three-floor building adds to the limitations. Residents may also face occasional water supply problems, and there is no power backup available in the society.

Connectivity of the apartment is just excellent local railway station ,bus stand ,auto stand is at walkable distance from the society.Society has high security ,all the areas were covers with cctv.Build quality was great,no leakage and seepage issues in the apartments.24/7 water and electricity supply in the society.
There was no amenities were present in the society onlyy parking space has been allocated for owners and visitors
