Additionally, having reliable communication and network services, along with ample and well-maintained parking space, enhances the convenience of living here. With nearby grocery shops and hospitals, residents have easy access to essential services. The absence of seepage and leakage issues, along with functional CCTV cameras, further contributes to the overall comfort and security of the society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control was done on time. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available. Other facilities like swimmingpool, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. Open spaces are available in the society
Things need improvement
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. Road quality outside the society is not good. Gym and club house is not available in the society.

Moreover, the poor water quality poses health risks and needs urgent attention from the authorities to ensure the well-being of all residents. Similarly, the lack of maintenance for the swimming pool reflects a need for better upkeep of facilities to enhance the overall living experience in the society.

Residents didn't face any issues of leakage or seepage in the flats, and all modern amenities were available and well-maintained year-round. The friendly atmosphere among residents fostered a sense of community, and the flats were well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. Additionally, traffic issues were non-existent, contributing to a hassle-free living experience.
Things need improvement
The water supply, primarily sourced from tankers, often contained hard water, prompting residents to install RO systems for purification. As a result of relying on tanker water, maintenance charges were slightly higher. Unfortunately, there was no nearby auto or bus stand near the society, which may have inconvenienced residents relying on public transportation.

The construction quality of the society is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed well. There is regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, and the neighbours are generally good.
Things need improvement
Connectivity can be a problem as auto rickshaws are not always available, especially during odd hours. The quality of water is poor, and the water supply is inconsistent. Frequent power cuts are an issue, and while there is backup power, it only covers common areas. Pet owners in the society cause disturbances, and despite ongoing discussions, there has been no resolution. Security in the society also needs improvement.

People are educated, understanding and cooperative in the society. CCTV and lifts are properly functional.

The construction quality of the buildings average, seepage and leakage issues are sometimes seen in the apartments The build quality is not up to the mark in the society. Water quality is very bad for which bathrooms are getting damaged. Security guards are not available on all the wings of the society. Only one is at the main gate. swimmingpool is not maintained properly. water logging issues are faced sometimes in the society.

There are drainage issues on the balcony, which can be inconvenient. We also face frequent electricity outages, impacting daily routines. Additionally, the land outside has turned into a dumpyard, which detracts from the surroundings.

There are minor issues with leakage or seepage, despite the society being 10 years old. The flats are well-ventilated. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents of the society are very good, and pets are allowed. Auto rickshaws are available near the society. The society is very clean, with a continuous water supply.
