Nearby shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores cater to residents' daily needs. Parking is allotted for all residents, with ample space available. Convenient connectivity with public transport options like autos and cabs accessible outside the society. The society maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, with proper garbage collection and waste segregation. Reliable water supply and electricity, with power backup in place. Well-ventilated rooms receiving adequate sunlight throughout the year. Amenities including a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, play area for kids, and garden enhance residents' quality of life. Residents are friendly and helpful, with a sense of community fostered through festivals and events. A good security system with security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout the society. Spacious elevators ensure convenient access for residents.
Things need improvement
Road is not in good condition, it's very poor and pot holes are there for which water logging happens, roads are not properly made, it;s in a very bad shape. On one side street lights did not function. Building material is not good quality, I face a lot of seepage issues in my flat.

Good things here
I'm really pleased with the construction quality of our society; the flats are spacious and well-ventilated, providing a comfortable living space. The maintenance services are also top-notch, with garbage collection done on time and the premises kept clean. Having amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse available is a huge plus for me. They add a lot of value to our community and make it more enjoyable to live here. Plus, it's great to have friendly and helpful neighbors who contribute to a positive atmosphere.
Things need improvement
One issue that occasionally affects me is the availability of public transport. There are times when autos, cabs, or buses aren't readily available, which can be inconvenient.

Good things here
All essential amenities such as hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport are within a 500-meter radius. The property offers a range of recreational facilities including a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and parks. It features basement parking and lifts for convenience. Despite being 5 years old, the construction is of good quality. The community comprises good people, and it's located in a fully developed area with a nearby mall.

Good things here
This is nice society . There's a local market nearby for your convenience, and the hospital is within a 4-kilometer radius, making medical care easily accessible. Cabs are readily available for your transportation needs. The society itself offers great amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool. The construction quality is top-notch, and there's covered parking available for residents.

Maintenance is very bad . we has to change the sanitary things. seepage, leakage and plaster falling down problem. no nearby market is there.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of metro buses and autos. Construction quality is also good with no seepage, plaster and leakage issues. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. There are play areas for kids. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water and electricity supply. Two parkings are provided. Residents were decent educated and celebrated all festivals and events together. Hygiene is maintained.

The clubhouse is not very spacious.

Good things here
Cabs and auto are easily available in the society. The roads are very broad outside the society The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all, recharchale system is followed. Power backup is available in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Paintings are done on time in the society. The society is very well maintained.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The government is working on it after 4th March it is going to improve.
