Outside the society, there are opportunities for leisurely walks, and a small supermarket conveniently located just outside the gate. Several schools are also situated nearby, with one within walking distance. The availability of 24/7 cab facilities like OLA and UBER through app bookings enhances transportation convenience. The society's maintenance is commendable, with cleanliness and hygiene consistently maintained. Water availability is round-the-clock, with daily garbage collection and disposal services. A range of amenities within the society includes a swimming pool, gym, amphitheater, temple, volleyball play area, badminton court, cricket pitches, and ample parking options. The construction quality is excellent, with no complaints regarding ventilation inside the flats, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents.
While this society has many positive aspects, such as its amenities and cleanliness, it does have some drawbacks. Electricity fluctuations lead to occasional power outages lasting about an hour, occurring 2 to 3 times a month. Additionally, the lack of nearby hospitals or medical shops within 2 to 3 km poses a challenge for residents in need of medical assistance. Furthermore, the absence of public transportation options, shopping malls, or movie theaters nearby limits convenience for residents.

In our community, people are inherently good and always ready to lend a helping hand. We cherish the diversity of festivals, celebrating with equal enthusiasm whether it's Durga Puja, Ganesh Puja, Holi, Diwali, Independence Day, or Republic Day. Surrounding us, lush greenery flourishes, creating a serene environment. Security is paramount, with vigilant guards and CCTV cameras ensuring our safety. Within a mere 100 meters, convenient super markets and vegetable vendors visit twice weekly, while a bus stop, theaters, shopping malls, and schools lie within a 3 km radius. Our streets are well-lit, ensuring safety even at night. Each block boasts designated parking spaces, while essential amenities such as a gym, club, cricket pitch, lawn, children's play area, walking track, and community hall foster a sense of togetherness. Maintenance is impeccable, with daily cleaning of floors, balconies, and garden areas. Construction is top-notch, providing well-ventilated rooms for comfort.
The one-way road in the society needs improvement, and there are persistent seepage issues in the bathrooms that require attention from the maintenance team.

Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste conducted daily at a specific time. Amenities like swimming are well-maintained, and the gym is spacious with a wide range of equipment. The clubhouse is also expansive. Table tennis facilities are available and well-maintained. Public transportation, like buses, is accessible within a half-kilometer radius of the society. Additionally, there's a small shop nearby within walking distance for residents' convenience.
Connectivity is poor; cab services are not readily available, and there are no auto-rickshaws after 8 PM. Water scarcity is an issue, with water coming into tankers irregularly, causing inconvenience. Maintenance charges are expensive. Hospitals are located around 1 1/2 kilometers away from the society, making it inconvenient for residents.

Connectivity, such as cabs, is not readily available near the society, and even if booked, they're not easily accessible. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis facilities are not well-maintained. Maintenance charges are expensive, amounting to around 4000 rupees. Drinking water facilities are not available within the apartment despite payment for water services, which proves inconvenient. Public transportation, like buses, is not available within a 4-kilometer radius of the society, further inconveniencing residents.

People are very friendly and sociable in the community. Communication systems are very close-knit in the society. Connectivity with cabs and autorickshaws is easily accessible within the society if we book through apps like Ola or Uber. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, tennis courts, kids' play areas, and well-maintained indoor facilities are available. Construction quality is very good; there are no major leaks or seepages in the society. Every amenity enhances the overall lifestyle in the community, like the cleanliness of the society, both inside and outside the city.
Public transport stops are available for use within a 1-2 kilometer radius from the society. The nearest metro station is also around the city. Maintenance areas are efficiently managed. Green areas outside of the society should be improved.

Connectivity to cabs and auto rickshaws is easily available in the society through apps like Ola and Uber. Water facilities are very good with 24/7 availability, and power backups are also available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Ventilation in the flats is very good due to the large balconies. Public transportation and bus services are available within walkable distance from the community. Hospitals are available within 2-3 kilometers from the society, which is very convenient. The parking area is very spacious in the society.
There is no visitor parking in the society, which is very inconvenient. Security is not good in the society; the security guards are not effective. The greenery is also lacking outside the society, and this should be improved.

I am a former resident and used to stay there 2 years ago. I had no issues with connectivity, maintenance, construction, amenities, CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, and stray dogs. The connectivity was excellent, with convenient access to the airport and railway station. The maintenance and construction were reliable, and the amenities met all my needs. CCTV and security measures were effective, and there was ample parking for both residents and guests. Stray dogs did not cause any problems.
The main issue I faced was that the neighbours were not friendly, which affected my overall experience living in the society. Apart from this, everything else was good

Good access to transportation, cabs, and basic services within our community. We have a close-knit neighborhood where everyone knows each other. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and playground are available and well taken care of. Having a hospital nearby is very convenient. Our maintenance team does a great job with cleaning and keeping the elevators in good shape, and any repairs needed are quickly taken care of by the association.
The construction quality is poor, with seepage issues in the bathrooms. The paint in the bathrooms is not well-maintained. Maintenance charges are high and inconvenient.

Good electricity supply, good security and parking facilities . The society is well-maintained. No issues with the garbage collection. Festival celebration started 2 months ago in the society.
There were water issues in the society sometimes. Water used to come in the bedroom due to poor quality of balcony door. There were all the amenities available like swimming pool, clubhouse , park and gym it had less equipments. Only uber and ola were available for the transport ,no public transport. Lifts get stuck sometimes.

Good communication system along with all types of faculties in the nearby areas such as reputed banks, schools, playing grounds etc.The complex having good security along with all types of modern facilities in complex.
