Good things here
Auto services are easily available, there is a bus route around the society, no traffic within 1-2 km, ventilation is good, the gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained, garbage is regularly collected, cooperative people, pets are allowed inside the society, and painting has been done.
Things need improvement
Ola and cab services often demand more money and refuse to come, there is only a single elevator in each 4-floor building, seepage problems sometimes occur because it's an old building, and the roads need repairs every year after the monsoon.

The building is congested with crowds and the roads going towards the building are unhygienic and broken.There is a problem of water logging in this area in the time of monsoon.
