Good things here
Everything here is just amazing. Whether it's traveling from here as public transports are easily catchable, maintenance is great as issue resolution is okay. The construction quality of the society is great as flats are constructed ventilated. The greenery of the society is the best part. Though there is a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and kids play area in the society, but I never use them so I don't know much about them. But I can only say if other things are maintained properly, then these amenities are also maintained.
Things need improvement
There is greenery in the society, then the flats that are close to the greenery have a problem of seepage because water is poured into the plants twice a day, and because of that, there is an issue of seepage in those flats. Other than that, everything else is good.

Good things here
Society premium was the only positive aspect. connectivity was initially poor, although it improved later with the addition of shops and hospitals nearby.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the management was severely disorganized, and maintenance charges were exorbitant during my tenure. There seemed to be a lack of transparency regarding utility bills, with inquiries often met with vague responses. Hidden charges may have been present, but they were never adequately explained. While amenities were available, they were poorly maintained, exemplified by the cramped and stuffy gym. The construction quality was notably subpar, with walls so weak that attempting to drill into them would result in the entire plaster crumbling away

Good things here
The paramount symphony apartment is an amazing place for living the build quality is too strong even in earthquake we haven't seen any major cracks etc ,.Here the auto and cabs are available at high frequency and at normal rates ,you can easily reach railway station by autos even at midnight.
Things need improvement
The two major problems of this society is the water logging on front evenafter rainfall and the second one is early morning carbon ashes in the balcony from the nearby industries.Metro connectivity is too far from crossing republik so if you're a metro dependent then this place isn't for you.

Good things here
Transportation options like cabs and autos were available. CCTVs and elevators are installed in the society. Construction quality was good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym swimming pool and a play ground for kids. Residents were friendly and cooperative and celebrated all festivals together.
Things need improvement
A metro station was not available nearby.

Good things here
Public transport auto, cabs available hai. Market bhi hain society ke paas. Bahar se exterior paint ho raha hai. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse , parks sab hai. Cleanliness bilkul tip-top hai wahan. Log acche rehte hain society mein, sath milke festivals banate hain. Mosquitoes ke time pe fogging bhi hoti hai. Issue resolution process bhi acha and fast hai. Society's entry policy is strict, koi aise hi nahi aa sakta. No as such issues of stray dogs.
Things need improvement
Bohot zyada badiya nahi hai society looks mein, average hai, thodi purani hai society. Mobile networks ka issue hota hai yahan society mein.

Good things here
The maintenace quality as of now is excellent and same goes for the onstruction quality aswell. i fell safe living here as cctv cameras and enough gaurds are there, people living in the society are aslo very cooperative, All basic amenities like pool, club houses are there in the society.

Connectivity bohot achhi hai market, mall, college society ke pas hai , society me gym bhi hai .

Society clean or hygiene nehi reheta hai . paint bohot din se nhi hua . lift mainten nhi reheta hai , barish me road pe thoda bohot pani bharta hai. seepage ka bhi issues tha .

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. The facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Greenery is very well maintained, and cleanliness is properly maintained.
Things need improvement
Some traffic issues are faced outside the society specially during evening time, but it is managable. The construction quality of the buildings average, a bit of seepage and leakage issues are faced in my appartment. Recently there was loss of valuable things from the society, so the security system needs to be improved.

She is a former resident & voh log 2.5 years pahle rehte the. The Local public transport was nearby for them from their society, The maintenance charges were not too high for them, there was cleanliness in the lobby, garden & walking area, All the amenties were very well maintained. Cultural events were celebrated together. The most liked thing is the layout of the society.
Things need improvement
The members were living in 2BHK house & as per them the maintenance cost were too high, They had to pay 3500rs as charges which was high.
