Good things here
There is no proper RWA and the association do not adress any issues riased by the resisnets ,completly tanker dependent for water ,no cavery water ofton drain water gwts gets into the basement,overall its not worth for even 30 lakh for 2 BHK,see y yourself the basement and terrace and other structures if the building beforr buying
Things need improvement
Pipes have broken,water is seeping into the walls causing damage to the building ,pillors are gettibg weakened due to leakage of sewerage water
