All services & daily essentials are easily available at nominal cost. Dmart is next compound. Quality of construction is good. After society formation society is well maintained & clean. Cemented main roads with good drainage system. Views during the rains are mesmerizing & lovely.
Connectivity to local train is a issue, closest stations are Mansarvore & Kharghar. Dust in the air high so regular dusting is required at home.

Connectivity of the society was the best part of this area. Easy to access with nearby markets and public transport. The society impresses with its exceptional parking facilities, providing ample space for people to park their vehicles comfortably. There are no issues like leaks or seepage, highlighting the solid construction and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining the parking area. Residents benefit from access to quality amenities such as a well-equipped gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which demonstrates the management's commitment to enhancing the overall quality of life within the community. The availability of well-planned transportation options including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis ensures convenient and seamless mobility making it easy for residents to reach essential services and facilities. There is also a park providing a welcoming environment for children to engage in recreational activities.
There were no need of any improvement. Society already a well maintained society there were no evidence of seepage or leakage because of its good construction quality.

Connectivity of the society were good and well maintained. There were no problem of public transport auto-rickshaws, and taxi. Electricity and water supply were not a issue in this society people has easy access nearby essential services and facilities. the society is enhanced by the presence of a spacious park. This park not only provides ample space for children to participate in recreational activities but also fosters a sense of community among people the society is noted for its well-maintained parking area designed with ample space for residents to park their vehicles comfortably. The parking facilities are constructed with solid materials ensuring they are free from any cracks or leakage issues thereby emphasizing the society's commitment to attention to detail and quality. the functioning CCTV cameras and elevators contribute to the overall smooth operation of the community
Overall there was no issue with anything everything was easy to access people of the society were also good and the managing team were problem-solving.

The garbage collection is timely, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. The maintenance of lifts and CCTV is also good. The security guard does their job very well. Monthly maintenance charges range from _3000 to _4000. All modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and garden are available and well-maintained. Covered parking is allotted for everyone. The society is well-connected, and the transportation and locality are very good. Public transport such as Ola, Uber, autos, and rickshaws are easily available without any difficulty. The construction quality is also very good with proper ventilation and high-quality materials used. All festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated. The nearby roads are also in good condition, and there are no issues with waterlogging in the area.
There is no metro station in this area; the nearest one is 5 to 6 km away from the society. Overall, everything is going very well here, and there are no issues to report.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. There are no such water supply or power backup issues that arise in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Everything is accessible. People in the society are very decent and good, all events and festivals are celebrated together.
Some other flats might have some seepage and leakage issues but that is not much of a concern. Apart from this I have not faced any issues that needs improvement at the moment.

Awesome managed society, one of the biggest open areas in Navi Mumbai. Well managed, lot of area for kids play.
Nothing is really bad about this society. Lot of open area, security is good, well managed gates, well managed software for parking & for visitor management.

Despite its good connectivity, the society struggles with numerous issues. The maintenance is poor, with frequent lift malfunctions and a lazy maintenance team. The construction quality is subpar, with bathroom leakages and seepage problems. The amenities are lacking, and the prevalent groupism among residents makes the environment less friendly and inclusive.

The building has no issues with construction as there are no issues of leakage, seepage, or ventilation, and the neighbourhood is friendly as well. The CCTV, security, parking, and guest parking are all functioning well. The community is friendly and the building feels secure.
There are some issues in the building. We have problems with cockroaches and a bit of termites. Connectivity is not good as Ola and Uber rides keep getting cancelled, and the airport and railway station are far away. There are no amenities since it's a standalone building.

Local transport facilities were easily available near by the society and bus services were also approachable near by the society. Quality of the construction was good and there were no issues regarding the leakage and seepage. High security system as all the areas were under cctv survilance.
All the amenities were available in the society like swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area but the problem was tenants were not allowed to use them or otherwise you have to buy membership. maintenace facilities were poor and unhygenic. There were discrimination between owners and tenants.

Auto cabs are easily available. There are no waterlogging issues around the society. The build quality of the roads outside the society is strong and convenient to travel on. The construction quality of the apartment is really good, as there are no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. The walls are also strong and steady. All amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gymnasium, podium, display area, etc. , are available in the society and everything is fully maintained and fully functional. People there are really cooperative and friendly, and all the festivals are celebrated in the society. 24-hour water and electricity are available in the society. There are strict rules regarding stray dogs' entrance in the society. Painting is done on a timely basis. Allocated parking space is available for owners and visitors in the society.
As such, there are no issues in the society, but previously, the society was under administration, so the maintenance was top-notch. However, nowadays, the society is managed by the Managing Committee, and the maintenance is not as great. Nevertheless, the Managing Committee is working on improving it, considering it's a very hectic task to handle a township project. Another drawback of this society, in my opinion, is that security is slightly lacking compared to the towers within the society. Earlier, there were over 60 security guards available, but later, 19 security guards left their jobs. It is necessary to maintain a total of 50 security guards to cover the 19 towers of this project.
