Good things here
In our society, numerous trees adorn the surroundings, contributing to a peaceful environment away from the main road, thus reducing pollution. Location-wise, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and a bus stop are within 4 km. Street lights illuminate the area, and ample parking space is available. Maintenance includes proper cleaning, ensuring a tidy environment, while water supply is reliable. Construction standards prevent leakage issues. The friendly community fosters a communicative atmosphere, enhancing neighborly interactions.
Things need improvement
The availability of buses is scarce, compounded by poor road quality, leading to irregular schedules and inconvenience. Additionally, garbage collection is inconsistent, and power cuts pose further challenges for residents.

Good things here
Water was available 24/7 in the society. There were no traffic issues near the slightly isolated society. There were no issues with leakage or seepage when we shifted; the society was newly constructed at that time. The residents were decent, and cleanliness was maintained. Festivals were celebrated collectively by all.
Things need improvement
During our time in the society, garbage disposal was not properly managed. Autos and buses were not available within walking distance from the society. Additionally, the society did not have any modern amenities.

Parking areas around here are good. They are large and comfortable. Electricity and water supply are regular here. People are really satisfied with the lifestyle they are getting in this society.

BSR Akruthi Green Woods provides a nature friendly life to its residents. Construction of the houses here are really good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. This place is safe.

I have bought a 2400 sq.ft residential plot in BSR Akruti Green Woods. This location is close to my work place. And many reputed schools colleges, banks and hospitals are nearby. Shopping malls are also closely located from this place.

The plot here are too expensive and I didn’t like the location at all. Moreover, the amenities apartment is provided, does not meet with the standard and overall price
