Good things here
Living in this society has been truly wonderful for me. The proximity to the main road makes transportation options like buses, autos, and cabs easily accessible, which is incredibly convenient for me, especially when I need to travel by my own car. I'm grateful for the proper parking slots allotted to residents, ensuring I never have to worry about finding a spot for my car. functional street lights and timely garbage collection contributing to a clean and hygienic environment. I've never had any issues with water or electricity supply, and the quality of the water is excellent. It's reassuring to know that there are no reported water logging issues in the area. Inside my flat, I appreciate the proper ventilation and ample sunlight in all the rooms, creating a comfortable living space for me. The availability of facilities such as the club house, park, and play area for kids adds to the overall quality of life here. What truly makes this society special for me is the friendly and homely atmosphere. It's heartwarming to be part of a community where people are genuinely friendly and supportive. The presence of CCTV cameras, security guards, and well-maintained lifts further enhances the sense of security and safety. Being close to market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants adds to the convenience of living here. Plus, the fact that it's a pet-friendly environment with no reported stray dog issues is a big bonus for me.

The road quality leaves much to be desired; they're narrow and often congested, leading to frequent traffic issues. Additionally, there are some maintenance issues within the buildings, such as seepage and termite problems in the walls. One significant setback is the state of the amenities. Due to legal issues with the builders, maintenance and upkeep have been neglected. The gym, for instance, has been discontinued, and other facilities may not be well-maintained or equipped.

There is no such water supply issues in the society. Power backup is available in the society, so there were no major electricity issues that are faced. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Playground for kids are available in the society. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available nearby the society. Road conditions are good and streetlights are also functional. There is good amount of parking space available in the society. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. Elevator's are installed and maintained properly. People are decent and educated staying in this society.

Moreover, the timely maintenance of the society, along with prompt garbage collection, contributes to a clean and well-kept environment. The absence of major water supply and electricity issues, as well as a reliable drainage system, further enhances the comfort and convenience of living in the society. Security measures like security guards and CCTV cameras provide residents with peace of mind. The presence of amenities such as lifts, a gym, clubhouse, and play area for kids adds to the overall quality of life within the society. the community comes together to celebrate events and festivals. Additionally, the adherence to pet-related rules ensures harmony within the society.
Things need improvement
Limited public transportations are available, we have to use our own vehicle or cabs for transportation. Gym is available but it is not functional at the moment. Metro station is not at all nearby the society. Stray dog issues are faced inside the society. People are not that friendly and cooperative towards each other.

One major concern is the water problem; we've been experiencing issues with the water supply, which can be quite inconvenient. Additionally, garbage collection doesn't always happen on time, leading to hygiene issues. Another aspect that could be enhanced is the greenery in and around the society; more plants and trees would improve the overall ambiance. Lastly, the absence of a nearby metro station makes commuting a bit challenging. These are areas where improvements could significantly enhance residents' quality of life.

The metro station is not conveniently located within walking distance from the society. Residents typically need to book a cab or take an auto to reach the metro station, which is approximately 10 kilometers away from the society.

With malls, schools, and hospitals in close proximity, every essential is within reach. The nearby petrol pump ensures seamless travel. Assigned parking spots maintain order, enhancing accessibility. The well-structured buildings boast top-notch quality and excellent ventilation, ensuring comfort and durability. Daily garbage collection keeps surroundings pristine. Plus, the presence of a clubhouse and gym encourages a vibrant lifestyle. A pet-friendly environment and supportive neighbors make every day a delight. Electricity and water supply is available 24/7 with power backup facility. Maintainence charges are nominal wtih issue resolution done within 48 hours. Elevators are safe and maintained properly. Additonal staircases have been installed in the society for any sort of emergency which might occur in the society such as earthquake , fire etc.
Things need improvement
CCTV cameras are not installed in the elevators which means 360 security has not been provided in the society. The people have talked and even sent emails to the authority for the same but still now no action have been taken.

All transportations are easily available,public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society is on the main road. The maintainance is done in the society, the society is kept clean and hygine is maintained. Usually water supply is always available. Water is available for 24*7 in the society. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. The facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available in the society.
Things need improvement
After corona the gym is available but it is not functional anymore, the gym remains closed and can't be used. The equipements are damaged, there is no maintainance.

The absence of CCTV in the lift poses a concerning security lapse, leaving residents vulnerable to potential safety hazards or incidents. Without surveillance, there's no means to monitor especially during night when the safety is a very crucial thing.

Overall, I find the society to be quite good, but there's a slight issue with its construction due to its age. As the society has become quite old, I've noticed some deterioration in the construction quality, leading to problems like damaged doors and peeling plaster.
