Construction quality of the society was very good. There were no sealing and seepage issues. Both the parking facilities and CCTV system are meticulously maintained ensuring the security and convenience of all residents. The society's location was also good offering residents a plethora of amenities that underscore the community's dedication to quality. Among these amenities, like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, were available in the society. Getting around the area is easy due to a reliable network of public transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Positioned strategically near bustling markets, essential services and schools, residents benefit from seamless access to all essential resources. Good things here

I have no issues at all with the society. Everything is great here. The connectivity is excellent with Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs readily available, making commuting easy. The maintenance is top-notch, with regular cleaning and garbage collection. The construction quality is solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and the buildings are well-ventilated with plenty of sunlight. All amenities are available and well-maintained, including a gym, garden, children's play area, clubhouse, swimming pool, and park. The neighbourhood is very friendly, and I feel safe and secure with effective CCTV and security measures. Parking and guest parking are also not an issue. Overall, it is a wonderful place to live. read more

There were all modern amenities and everything was well-maintained. The security was good. The people were quite nice. There was no traffic near the society. Autos and buses were readily available, water was available 24*7. read more

The metro hasn't arrived yet. The local railway station is far away. Malls and restaurants are 1. 5km away. There was a significant issue of leakage in my flat. read more
